My mother lived at the Windham for over a year. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite adequate and comfortable. Mom enjoyed having me to the Windham for lunch on many occasions and the food was very good. Service in the dining room was very good as well. The entire building and grounds were lovely. We enjoyed sitting in the back around the fountain often. There were many events and activities that Mom enjoyed getting involved in and the Windham was also very agreeable when Mom wanted to start her own group to play cards. The Windham was very helpful in setting up a place for them to have their own activities, etc. I would highly recommend the Windham for senior living.

Not a bad facility but it is a facility! Food fair! Could be much better. Some very good people there. Facility needs some upgrades and security. Generally a decent experience there but not really equipped to handle seniors with more than basic assistance.

I was given a tour of the 1-bedroom. Lots of storage space in the kitchen, a pantry area behind the door in the bathroom for towels, etc and a large walk in closet in the bedroom. Downside is that there is a waiting list. There is a $500 fee to get on the list but it can be either refunded or put towards the community fee or rent for your first month's rent when you move in. If you decide you don't want to move in when your name comes up on the list, you can decline but your name remains on the list.

Have my mother there. I am the POA for her care. They took instructions from a different family member for them to call them. Very unprofessional place.

In January 2023 my husband and I moved into assisted living at the Windham senior care. We were guaranteed there would be 24/7 care for my husband within a few minutes at best. After 9 days, 3 of which we were quarantined due to colds, in residence we realized the 24/7 care was a misnomer. The Windham administration greedily continues to take clients into its facility while their staffing is poor or nonexistent. We caution any potential client(s) to give a wide berth to the Windham. Their sales pitch is great but their service was a great disappointment and left us not trusting any assisted living facility. In January 2023 my husband and I moved into assisted living at the Windham senior care. I was given a tour by the Director of Sales and Marketing: Erica King. The property is absolutely beautiful, it is filled with fun activities and a positive lively vibe. The dining menu had a lot to choose from and looked delicious. One of my favorite parts though was my tour guide Erica. Not only was she very knowledgeable on every aspect of the facility and care, she addressed every resident by name and knew special caring details about them. They would light up when they saw her. You could tell that all of the residents absolutely loved her and that she truly cares about her residents and their care. Stop by the Windham and ask for a tour with Erica.

This place has a norovirus outbreak right now (Feb 2, 2019). The county of Fresno health is involved, but no staff member called any family members of current residents. We walked in this facility completely oblivious. The dining hall is shut down due to the outbreak. This is the last straw for our family after a long 6 months of being lied to. We regret moving our family member here.

I took 11 seniors this past Tuesday to tour the Windham. The tour was great. Jennifer made our time an awesome experience. We had lunch, which was superb. I think some of our group are considering living there, but that is an observation. Thanks to all the staff an Jennifer making us feel welcome and representing The Windham so well

Cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am with this facility. We moved my relative in July. She was rushed to move in, the unit was not ready, Or cleaned! They did a walk thru and created a punch list. 8 months later and she's still waiting to have things fixed. We were promised new appliances. Only the stove and microwave were changed. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator are 17+ years old, obviously not energy efficient. The staff is very nice, and yes they have many activities. But the food has declined with new ownership. They were on lock-down for 6 weeks after an outbreak of the norovirus. And the last straw is they rebuilt the patio enclosure that was falling apart, and for months now, this is the condition they feel is acceptable. The gate itself along with the other fence wall are leaning. There seems to be no concern about liability/risk issues. A main light on their walkway was out for months. I realize in a large facility there are many maintenance requests, however it's not difficult to prioritize items that would be a risk to seniors. Now aggressively looking at other options.
