I'm always at the Clovis location. Friendly staff and a very clean and organized shop. The dollar drink weekends are great too! They've generally got everything I'm looking for in stock and if it's out, they'll point you to an alternative.

I came to the Vitamin Shoppe on 12/17/21. I was recently diagnosed with GERD about a year ago and it's something I would not wish upon anyone :( and rocked my princess world quite a bit. My old doctor prescribed me a medication pill which if you know me; I always look for herbal or homeopathic or holistic alternatives as the pharmaceutical business is a problem of it's own! But the medication wasn't working nor the lifestyle changes - Trying to go Gluten free , no processed foods, exercise, no typical trigger foods etc . But still haven't found relief :( But anyways, someone suggested to give apple cider vinegar gummies a try . I will pretty much try anything at this point to at least feel better and not be physically miserable :( all the time. Well things that are legal of course xD you gotta specify these days !I have never gone to a store like this before and even though I'm pro medication alternatives I still like to do my research. They had a deal of buy one get one 50% off and if you are a new customer sign up with email and get an additional 20% off. Whhhhhhat a steal as locally the gummies were so expensive!! Which this was totally affordable. I have used the Gollie Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies before in 2020 off and on which was suppose to help with weight loss which maybe it did but I did lose 75 lbs but I made other changes too like diet and exercise no empty calories! But there was only one worker inside the store and she was so sweet! Helpful and made sure I had the best deals while I was there. Customer service was ah-mazing. I spent some time in the store just looking around and at the prices. They have a lot of things I never heard before which peak my curiosity. The store was well organized and clean. They even had teas, lotions and even healthy bars.I would recommend starting any new regimen consult your doctor, or if you are like me testing things without a consultation with a doctor proceed with caution as everyone's body is different . If something does not feel right in your body listen to it!!!! Do not ignore it at all. I am making conscious efforts to improve my quality of life and will be following up with my new doctor if I am still not receiving relief from the Apple Cider Gummies that I purchased from here.I will be back soon- as I love the store, the friendly staff and healthy alternatives here. I always struggled with maintaining healthy blood levels as I'm always lacking in something so will be look to look for more vitamins to keep me healthy!Make sure to check out the deals! You will save money! Who doesn't like to have a few more dollars in their pockets anyways ... yay!

I'm back. The Olly gummies I previously bought were no good and thankfully I was told after trying them, I could return them if they did not work and these didn't do it. I've had better. I went to trade them in for Natrol sleep gummies. They work. Walked in, chatted to great workers and informed them. They had no problem switching it out and got me the better ones they they had! Paid the difference and wished well! Great service and shoppe! Highly recommended!

I purchased supplements on 6.5.23. There was difficulty with the POS system. I was advised that there may be mulitple charges that show up on my account (happens often apparently). I was told that if this was the case, to come back in or call and it would get rectified. On 6.24.23 I spoke with mangaer Glenn and he told me that it happens all the time and I need to call my bank and get the charges reversed noting only one was legitimate. I told him of my conversation with the orginal clerk and he maintained the course of action. So, I called my bank and a claim was initiated with a 10-15 day processing time. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

This store is always clean and they ALWAYS open and close at the times listen. Never a min earlier or a min later. The staff is really helpful and it's quick and easy to come here.

Taylor has a negative way of communicating. She is rude and snappy. Upon attempting to pay, there was a shield in front of the cashier. I took off my mask to answer her questions for a moment and she scolded me and told me to put my mask back on while I was talking. Strange check out procedure over the top with not touching product. I will buy my vitamins elsewhere.

I have been coming to this location for several years now, I'm very happy with their products and the staff are friendly and very happy to assist you when you needed it. The Establishment is very clean and it's a friendly environment. They always have what I need. I enjoy coming here.

Went to this store hoping to find something to help with getting healthier. A salesperson there named Kate was extremely helpful in narrowing down what it was exactly I was wanting. I got some pills that will help my aches and boosting my immune system. Would definitely recommend they see her!

This place is my go to! They have everything I want and they usually have great deals and sales. They also have a pretty cool rewards program to help save money every three months. The staff is friendly, but I recommend doing your research before going so you have a good idea of what you need so you don't have to trust the staff alone. Store is easy to navigate and is very clean, including the bathrooms!!!! Sometimes they have samples that are pretty fun to try out. My favorite part is they don't try to oversell their products, and are not pushy at all.

The Vitamin Shoppes in Fresno are to be commended for their organization, cleanliness, and excellent selection of products. Most importantly the staff, at both locations, are very knowledgeable about the items they carry and if they are not certain about something they will seek the information needed to assist customers in making the right choices for their individual health needs.I would especially like to thank Kate for her personal interest in helping her customers. Although very professional in her demeanor she makes sure that every customer feels valued. As an assistant manager she demonstrates skills clearly making her a top choice for a manager position in the future. Definitely my go to place for health products.Sharon M.
