I can't say enough about how amazing the service is at The Vault. We have been customers for many years and are never disappointed. They take care of my wedding ring, inspecting, repairing, and refinishing it at a reasonable cost. It always comes back looking brand new! We have sent many friends and family their way over the years and all have been happy as well.

I am thrilled to write a yelp review about my experience having my hair done at Ulta Beauty in Stockton, Ca., by Miss Tavia Irving! She along with all the stylists in this location are truly exceptional!I chose Tavia to color correct my hair for a few reasons, one, she had a really good vibe-personality, 2., because I made the mistake of trying to color my hair myself since pre-pandemic and it was literally half brown and half black! I observed all the stylists in this location truly creating miracles with peoples hair! It's a very talented team overall!Tavia was so caring and informative, she listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow, fixed my hair! I thought it might not be able to be done, she was so fun to spend time talking with also, just a really beautiful human with the ability to manifest anything that she wants... she used her super powers and exceptional skills to my hair feel all new and healthy again! I was so happy and completely surprised! I will keep going back to her! It was really an overall well rounded completely renewing experience and I'm very grateful!

I took my engagement ring here to be resized, and was told the best route based on my knuckle:finger size ratio was to put an expandable insert in the ring rather than resize the ring itself. I wasn't crazy about it, but they seemed to feel confident that it was the only way to get it onto my finger and not have it spin. We went to pick it up 2 weeks later and it was way too small to fit on my finger. They seemed inconvenienced that they were going to have to do more work on it, and didn't verify the size at all. We got it back another week later, and within a day of having it, it BROKE while I was taking it off. I took it to another jeweler who put it under a magnifier to see what had happened to cause the break and he told me "it's really, really not good." It had dark bubbles, holes, and was only soldered on the edges rather than all the way through. (See images) He had to hack off the entire bottom of my brand new engagement ring (sobs) and build an entirely new one from scratch. The work at the Vault cost $100, and the other jeweler told me he would charge $300 for the same work, but to be aware that "you get what you pay for." My fiancé took the ring and magnified photos back to the Vault and was given a contrite apology by the owner and a full refund, which was obviously the only possible solution. But it came after a lot of stress and the destruction of my ring.Moral of the story: the Vault may be great for purchasing new jewelry, but I don't feel they gave me or my jewelry the care it deserved. I wouldn't recommend bringing your jewelry here for repairs or resizing.

If you are looking for a local jeweler that has great customer service, takes pride in their items, and can make you custom pieces, don't go anywhere else but The Vault. Kelly has helped me and my husband each time we have gone in and it has always been a great experience! She designed my wedding ring set, has helped my husband with surprise earrings for our anniversary and recently repurposed a solo earring by turning it into a pendant necklace! Thank you The Vault for being such a wonderful and trustworthy company in the Fresno area.

The Vault Jewelry Store one of the best and honest store in the country.They have all kinds of Jewelry for all occasions and best designers available.My wife is a matchy matchy person. All her clothes must match, dress, shoes jewelry and watches. I am constantly taking her watches for repair as she has over 50 watches. They are very cheap to expensive. Their watch repair is very reasonable and timely. They also a good selections of watches.They have a very good range of real diamonds at great prices.Gary and his wife are very helpful in helping a person select the type of jewelry they are looking for And if not available they will try to get it.The Vault has been in business for over 37 years and still enjoy their job,. I have been to many Jewelry stores before moving to California and none of them come close in comparison. I very seldom give a 5 star rating but would give it a 6 If it was available.Keep up the good job

I came in during the holidays to look for a gift for my daughter, i've never been in and I will never be back.. I was helped by An older blonde women who was very unfriendly & had a horrible attitude, I felt very uncomfortable shopping there & wouldn't go back.you'd think these people would have better customer service working in a business like this.

So much appreciation for the Vault. About 3 months ago I had accidentally smashed my ring while moving. Heartbroken and living in Las Vegas I was so afraid to take it to another jeweler. We flew into Fresno for a wedding and walked into the Vault as soon as they open. I think they saw the desperation on my face when handing them my bent ring. The friendly gentleman in the shop took my worries away and said that they would fix it. 2 hours later I got the call that it was fixed. He explained that he spent an hour fixing it himself. Husband bought the ring 3 years ago from them and I didn't feel like trusting anyone else with my ring but them. I am so overjoyed that it is fixed and I can finally wear it again! Thank you so much! The best service!

I needed to get my watch battery replaced today and went to the Vault for this service. They replaced my battery quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Vault.
