I can't believe it's been 6 years! So wild! But I'm still getting my Brazilian Wax done religiously every 4 weeks and I enjoy my experience every time. Ambiance is always fun and chill, never dull! I know it can seem like such an uncomfortable service, which it can be, but Kristal knows what she's doing and has experience which is why I have felt comfortable going back for 6 years. She does a great job of conversing with you throughout that it makes it as painless as possible. Not to mention there is always parking! I cannot stress the importance of having a business located in areas with sufficient parking for clients. Not just a convenience thing but also safety! Look forward to my monthly session.

I started going here in October for my first wax before a cruise. I was super anxious as it's a very personal service but Krystal made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I planned a one time visit but have gone back several times now and will continue to get waxed as long as I can afford it. If you're a newbie feeling anxious or self conscious, I highly recommend Krystal.

The communication prior to coming to your appointment is excellent. I knew what to expect and where to go( as this was my first visit). Krystal is very organized, efficient and knowledgeable. I had a Brazilian wax and she made it pretty painless. She creates a comfortable environment and she is full of energy and easy to have conversation with. I've been going to Krystal for a few years now. She is absolutely amazing! The hair removal is really good too - I was hesitant to try waxing because I've only even gotten sugared before. This is way less painful! It can be an awkward service to have done, but Krystal makes you feel incredible comfortable. There's never a moment of silence. Plus she offers the best advice!

After moving here from Hawaii and getting Brazilians every 6 weeks for years I was in dire need to find a new esthetician... after reading multiple reviews on Yelp for places in Fresno I found Krystal Clear Skin and I decided to give her place a try. I was able to quickly request and make an appt through Yelp. Her place is clean, welcoming, and cozy so you get an instant comfort feeling walking into her studio. She is very sweet and gentle through the process,yet knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get my full Brazilian in just under 30 minutes and it was essentially painless. Location: Fairly easy to find in a single level building complex with multiple buildings (find the building with 2575 at the top) Parking: Free, Large parking lot for complex Price: Reasonable and InexpensiveCustomer Service: Awesome! I love her comment at the end of the session "Welcome Back to the Kitty Club" ;) This is the place to go! I'd recommend this place to seasoned waxers like myself or 1st timers who have never had a Brazilian and want to give it a try. I'm definitely returning for my maintenance waxing to see Krystal!

AMAZING SERVICE. Been seeing Krystal for over 10 years! She is very welcoming, makes you comfortable. Most importantly she does a great job waxing. She's great at distracting you with conversations so you don't think about the pain. You can be out in 20 minutes. Vibe = Comfy, FriendlyQuality = Always 110% Price = Worth it (she tells me I tip her too much) Location = Safe, private studio, Clean, NE Fresno, parking always open and right up front. She also makes really good tamales!

Krystal is amazing at what she does. She made me so comfortable for my first time ever Brazilian wax. It was so much easier than I thought it would be and the results are very very worth it. The private office space is a bonus too.
