HORRIBLE customer service by the owner Angelica. Do not use the spa for your postop services. I booked with the owner Angelica. She assured me that she will be doing my services after my Lipo 360 surgery. However, she was never there and I had someone else completing my service. when I went for my service Most of the time no one was working and I would have to wait for someone to get there to complete my service. This is right after my surgery. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and very uncomfortable. I booked my fourth session 2 weeks ago, and again no one was at the shop when I got there. After texting her a few times to let her know that I was there and waiting. She said she'd have someone meet me there. By this time I had had it. When you have plastic surgery it's very important to get your lymphatic massages. The last thing you wanna do is to be stood up for your appointments. I told her I wanted a refund for my last three sessions!!! She said that she would refund two of my services. However, it has been two weeks and she has not refunded me and is not returning any of my text messages! If you value your health and want the best results for the money you've spent on your surgery do not use this Spa.

Had services since 2020 and Anjelica has been amazing this is honestly the best post-op in merced area she works with you. I got lots of services with her such as Cavi/RF/Lymphtatic massages. You won't regret it give her a try. She is the most caring and loving trusting business owner

I am reviewing for my post op lymphatic drainage massage. I am 3 days post op for my BBL. I found them on Instagram after scouring the internet for a good post op massage. I was hesitant to schedule more than one appointment... I work in the beauty industry so I am hyper aware of sanitation and although I am not a masseuse i am trained in basic massage technique and have done a ton of research and spoke with my surgeon about what to look out for and what to run away from! I was so pleasantly surprised with my first visit... I am still so out of it so I will update with a name of the girl who did my massage but she was amazing, compassionate, made me feel so at ease in a very confusing and vulnerable time. She was concerned with my comfort and what I was physically capable of doing/handling and reassured me of my progress. She let me take breaks to manage the pain and drink water. Some people will open up your incisions to push out the fluid which is a no-no and can lead to infection and scarring but she assured me she would definitely not do that! Everything was sanitized, neat, organized. They even had a curtain for modesty so you could dress and undress privately. She also massaged my front and neck standing so I didn't have to put pressure on my new booty. I was able to purchase a package of 8 massages and the 9th is free! I will probably need closer to 12 massages but I appreciate the prompt scheduling and the ability to schedule last minute. I had called other places in Merced that literally never even bothered to return my call. It is a residential address so that confused me at first, but they plan on opening an office on Gst soon which will be even more convenient! She also recommended an oxygen chamber to help with healing which I will definitely consider in the future. Post op care is so important, even more-so than the surgery itself! I am SO RELIEVED I took a chance on this place even with the lack of reviews and found someone I could trust and feel comfortable with... their photos on Instagram speak volumes and the massage was honestly less painful than I imagined thanks to her gentle, deliberate touch. This business is a joke. After giving me the run around on several occasions about when they are open or when she'd be in, Sold me a columbian faja I said was too big and said she'd have it taken in same day for me then a week later finally gets it to the alteration girl who takes it in 2 full inches (with no measurements from me which I offered), owner says she is sorry had no idea why she'd do that and said she'd order me a new one. Tried replacing my faja with a fake one that says made in china and had thick straps I had told her I did not want, she even acknowledged the replacement faja wasn't right. I showed her proof my other faja and previous ones say made in Columbia and her tag says "made in china". Then she tries to gaslight me and tells me all fajas are made in china? This lady owns this business and doesn't care about her customers. Most unprofessional "business owner" I've come across in a long time. Then tells me oh well I'm out of luck because all because she screwed up multiple times with my purchase!? Absolutely not. I'll be reporting this sketchy business everywhere!!!

I would like to start off by saying Angelica was a nice person as I was coming in for my services, but as soon as I was done and had to wait for other services after my PO, I tried getting in contact with her several times and she completely ignored me and she knew I needed more services to fix my imperfections also i needed other things from her that she had on hand instead of ordering, for 2.5 weeks she was giving me the run around and didn't even purchase the products that i need for my recovery (terrible). Also I would wait a long time to be seen, you have a 15 minute gap time and I always came on time yet was seen 30 min to an hour later! I came double the times i was recommended by the dr just to fix my imperfections, and she was guaranteeing me that it would be fixed and they weren't,it looks terrible. She did try to help with packages and her policy states after so many times you get a free session and SHE puts you on the schedule and forgets why, knowingly you put notes in the file, not to mention even the payments are so close together that the payment arrangement was not worth it being you have to pay so closely, large amounts. She has done this to several of patients that I've personally seen happen to and/or she would talk about it! I will not refer anyone to this business, at the end of the day all in all she was unprofessional, also if you don't want to give your services to patients you should respond back! Not everyone is going to have the same experience unfortunately.

My first time coming for lymphatic drainage service was AMAZING!! highly recommend definitely will be back!!

My honest opinion the best of the best. Angelica and Laly are so professional and they help you on all your needs. Best experience ever. When I go in they are ready for me . And if anything changes they will let me know . They customize packages best on your needs. I'm 2 moths post op and I will continue to go.
