The Rousseau Apartments

My mom and I were in a time crunch to get an apartment and Elizabeth at the Rousseau Apartments was so accommodating. She communicated with us in a timely and professional manner. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. Even those questions we asked more than once lol. Looking for an apartment under a time crunch like ours is never easy and can be really stressful but Elizabeth made the process feel like a walk in the park. I am so grateful we found the Rousseau apartments and that we have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful person like Elizabeth. We have a home now and we owe it all to her and the Rousseau.

These apartments are in a great location and are very nice. Shawn took us on a tour and answered all of our questions. Very professional staff, highly recommend if you are in the Fresno area and looking for a nice quiet place to live with updated amenities.

My daughter and I are looking to relocate to Fresno because she is going to college there. I wastruly apprehensive to the idea and not happy at all to move to Central California, Until we cameacross The Rousseau Apartments. It is a new development in a very family oriented community. It reminded me of that scene in ET when the kids were riding their bikes in the neighborhood. It is quite safe and super clean. I sat and spoke with the community Manager Elizabeth who was such a delight. Shedisplayed such confidence and had an easy loving attitude. She showed me one of the mostbeautiful 3 bedroom 2 baths apartments. The buildings are quiet and beautiful, which I love. They include a washer and dryer in the unit. The amenities are so wonderful, from a workout room, pool, activity room and fire pit. ThenElizabeth introduced me to another partner of hers Mrs. Rubio and they both made me feel likeWe are a part of the Rousseau family. Mrs. Rubio shared about the schools in the neighborhood because I have elementary grandchildren. Her children attend the local school she recommended. Lastly we met Chandy who has gone above and beyond. They care about us. I love that they put people first and not dollar signs. They will be invited over to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I am so happy that my daughter found this place to live and our new family to be a part of a thriving community.

Maintenance is amazing here, but do not trust the rest of the staff here, other than that management inside of the leasing office is terrible. They were incredibly rude during our entire move-in process. Wouldn't want to ever live here again. Be warned.

I love living in this gated community . It's very quiet, and everything is updated in the units. The complex is the most desirable that I found in the area. A major feature of the apartment homes is their size, spaciousness, and luxury. The location is amazing and close to Woodward Park. Management (Liz) is so friendly and prompt with any service requests. If you live in this community, you won't regret it!
