This is a new store that we have never seen before since the last time we came to the mall. The staff were really friendly. They greeted us as soon as we came in and asked if they can help us look for anything in particular. We were asking them about their buying terms and conditions. There are specific shoes that may qualify for customers to sell their shoes there. That's a good way for someone to make some cash back on their shoes as long as it wasn't beat up. They have a team of people that would authenticate the shoes and clean them before selling the used shoes. They also have a large selection of brand new shoes and clothing as well. I'm not a big fan of sneakers so paying hundreds of dollars on a pair of shoes is not for me. However, my husband definitely wears a lot of different sneakers and takes really good care of his shoes. He really liked the idea that he can wear his shoes a couple of times and then sell them. So, when we got home, who was in their closet going through his shoes to sell? I guess we are going back this evening or tomorrow morning! Better that it's cash back in my pocket instead of them sitting in the closet in a box to collect dust.

This place didn't honor their word will rip you off don't bother wasting your time at this place. You are better off taking your money elsewhere

walked into the store with my fiancé and right away Angel greeted us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and then some. We walked out with 8 shirts! We will definitely be back just because of Angel and his great customer service!

I'd be giving this a 0 if I had the choice. This is honestly the worst sneaker store in town. Horrible costumer service. The guys there working were rude and gave off bad vibes. Way overpriced and they'll lowball you when you sell your sneakers. No wonder why every time I pass by the store it's always empty.

If I can give this place a 0 star, I would. Customer service is mediocre. While waiting in line, no one greeted me and other customers proceeded to cut in front of me. The worker decided to help them first and didn't acknowledge that I was already waiting at the counter. Don't waste your time selling here. How does a company advertise "buy, sell, and trade" when the store won't even buy sealed unopened boxlogs. The worker tried to lowball me for my items.

I bought some yeezys here and they were pretty good overall, I also picked up a nice Yeezy keychain to go with it. However the next visit wasn't as good and didn't have as many shoes in my size, in fact, the wall has a size for EACH row for some sizes so you can only find 5 shoes for some sizes, I actually showed a photo of a Jordan 1 low and they did find it in the back with my size, the shoe then started to drop out of my satisfaction when the laces were messy and did not fully feel brand new as there was a little dust probably cause it was sitting in the back. Now I'm not gonna lie I actually got to peek in the back but I didn't go into it, don't worry sometimes you can get a shoe you want out of the back if it's not on the wall. Finally, the store is not bad, it needs shoes in a lot of sizes because it was a little tricky to find a shoe my size that I liked or wanted. The good thing is they have brand new Nike dunks when I went there and not taken out of the covers, I'd say they probably don't restock that often in the most uncommon sizes like a really big one and mostly restock in average and common size. Take a look at some other reviews and maybe think about it.
