So excited to be back with the best stylist in the world! When Covid hit, I had to remove my extensions - finally Jen is back to her biz and what's more, she's moved her salon to Fort Washington - very close to my home!! So lucky! Jen just put in hand tied hair extensions, 14" into my fine and short hair. My hair looks amazing, fuller and natural looking. I am so pleased with the results.

Very clean and nice salon with lots of natural light. I had messed up hair ! I box died it red a year ago and the color it left behind was a strawberry blonde color. I missed my natural dark brown hair, my hair was also damaged and broken. I wanted to keep my length though and I think she accomplished exactly what I wanted. She kept my length, fixed the color and evened it out nicely. I thought the goodie bag was a nice touch at the end. Thanks Jen!

I can't say enough about Jen. She is talented, organized and calm. The last trait may sound weird, but I think it's an important one for stylists to have. Now, with her own salon, she can translate her talents into action and environment. You can't go wrong with Jen. She isn't cheap, but unlike other stylists and upscale salons, you get what you pay for and more!

I started coming here on Dec 2021. Miranda was my stylist and truthfully it wasn't the best experience during my appointments but I didn't sweat it. It just seemed mediocre for the price. On Feb 5 I had an appointment with her and the same day made my follow up appointment for March 12th at 12pm. I showed up at 11:56pm for my 12pm appt today and noticed she had two young girls in her chair. They were getting hair cuts and the mom didn't seem happy so I knew it would probably be a minute. Another stylist acknowledged me and stated I was there to see Miranda for my appointment. She said okay she'll be right with u...Miranda was right there and did not acknowledge me. I let that go and sat down. 18 min later after the owner Jennifer had to come out to fix the two girls hair cuts, they left and sat waiting as she cleaned up. Seconds later Jennifer sits down in her chair and they start her hair...I couldn't believe it. I left and called the salon because I hate confrontation. I just want to speak to Jennifer to explain what happened. At this point I didn't want to return. Miranda answered and I asked for Jen. She puts me on hold and comes back on the line to say "she's actually not here right now". The disrespect after I saw her there was awful. I said "she is there cause I just saw her. I was your 12pm but my appointment obviously did not get logged." It was extremely hurtful. I was looking forward to pampering myself on my day off and instead was treated like complete garbage. Not to mention Jen calling me later to state her excuse. "I wasn't technically suppose to be here and I have somewhere to be tonight so I wanted my hair done." Sounds great. How about your clients? You're an owner...you work 24/7 if you truly care for your high paying clients. I could go on and on but bottom line is never will I recommend this salon to family and friends.

I've been a regular customer of Jennifer for many years and I she always does a great job. We feel very welcomed at her salon and the location is great.

Ladies, if you are looking to get extensions look no further! This is my 3rd time around and let me tell you I've had nothing but bad experiences until finally going to Jen! From the consultation to sitting in her chair it was all A+++! She listened to exactly what I wanted unlike my past experiences and the whole experience was beyond perfect. I am over the moon at how my hair turned out and will be a lifetime client of hers! Thank you!!!!!!!!

I've been getting my nails done by Kari for a while now, and i can't ever see myself going anywhere else. Her work is always on point and I never leave disappointed! She listens to what you want and always helps when i can't decide what to do. She's the best!

Exceptional customer service!! Very experienced and handled all my requests swiftly with out overcharging. Genuine lady!! Will definitely go again. I went to get my hair weave removed and hair conditioned and styled. Awesome service 5 STAR!
