I will never go back there to have anything done with my eyes. I had both upper and lower eyes done and Dr Waldron messed up one eye badly. On two separate occasions he tried correcting the one eye, but only made it worse. Now I have one eye that looks half closed. He didn't even offer to return my money. Don't take the chance with your eyes. Go somewhere else.

I've been going to the Eye-Q med spa for a couple years now, and have an overall mixed review of my experience. I had previously been going to Body Del Sol for all of my skin care needs, but decided to come to this office exclusively because I think so highly of Dr. Waldrop. He does an amazing job with injectables - I get Botox and more recently juviderm - and it is so painless and precise. Dr. Waldrop has a friendly demeanor, and I find him to be honest, knowledgeable, and well skilled. I did unfortunately have a less than satisfactory experience with a separate service I purchased there called the BBL (aka broad band light therapy) that turned out to be a complete disaster. It cost me a total of $1,600, and I went through about an hour-long consultation to ensure I was a "perfect candidate" for the series of light facials to even out my skin tone. I had previously been using a skin regimen of hydroquinone and retinol for years, but after their assured promises of correcting my skin tone without the constant application of daily creams, I concluded that I would save money and time in the long run. By the end of my series of light facials, it became evident that the procedure was not working as they had claimed it would, and I eventually made an appointment to speak to one of the office staff after I mentioned to Dr. Waldrop how unhappy I was with the results. She told me that she would be happy work with me to somehow compensate for the money I lost, but that she insisted I try two more treatments first before we made a final decision on what to do next. I expressed my hesitation as it did not appear to be working for me, not to mention that each session is quite uncomfortable, but eventually agreed hoping to come to some mutual agreement and not completely throw away that $1,600. Fast forward another 2 treatments later, and my skin looked exactly the same as I had predicted. However, this time when I again scheduled an appointment to discuss how I could be compensated, having done what they asked of me, the office manager concluded that my pigmentation must be the result of moles and not freckles/sun spots to account for why my skin remained unchanged. Her tone and disposition clearly indicated that she saw me as someone that was looking for a free handout, off-handedly remarked they never guaranteed anything, and said that MAYBE they could get some free products from their sales rep to even out my skin tone. I never heard back from their office. Did I mention I paid $1,600? I will continue going back to Dr. Waldrop for my Botox, but I would never take a chance to try anything else from an office that obviously cares so little for its patients.

Wouldn't recommend eye lid surgery. Seek a doctor that's has lots of before and after pictures and explains every detail of the process before and after care. What to expect and what could go wrong. You deserve to be fully informed, before you go under the knife. You may end up with a worse problem than what you started with, this did happen. Trust me. See patient rights of California!! California code of regulations, title, 22, section 70707.

The staff & Dr Waldrop are very nice & professional. The staff ask what I want done & get everything ready for the doctor before he gets there. He always talks to you about what you want done. He'll hand you a mirror so you can show him so you're on the same page.

I had upper eyelid surgery on 2/22/17 with Dr. Waldrop. At first I was very satisfied with the outcome. As the swelling and bruising left, I noticed that my left eyelid was not lifted as my right eye. I went back to Dr. Waldrop's office and he stated that it looked like that because of my eyebrow. I told him that it was not my eyebrow, that he hadn't lifted my left eyelid the same as my right. He told me that I would have to pay to have it lifted! I told him that if he had done the job right, I wouldn't be in his office. He then gave me some eye cream to put on my left eyelid, to give it a try for one week!!! Well if the eye cream was going to lift my eyelid, why hadn't he given me that in the first place!! I wouldn't have had the surgery! Well, about the middle of the week I received a call from the front office telling me that Dr. Waldrop would do the surgery to correct my left eyelid, no charge. I had to come in for an office visit prior to the procedure and that is when Dr. Waldrop stated that he would do the procedure but that he could not guarantee that my eyelid would be the same as my right eye. That it could come out the same or ?? He kept telling me that it was my eyebrow that made the eyelid look different. Dr. Waldrop didn't sound as confident in correcting his error as I would have liked. Actually, I was afraid to have him do the correction, even at no charge. I cancelled the appointment due to his incompetency in correcting his mistake. So, please do research in searching for a doctor to do any type of surgery.
