The Loft Events

My wedding was supposed to to be on April 4, 2020. They call me to let me know that due to covied they have postponed the event until farther notice. I've been emailing, calling, and leaving voice mail but no one contact me back. I recently saw on fb that they are selling their stuff on fb and so once again I try to reach out multiple time but still no answer. I have pay for my wedding and still don't have an answer from them.

Avoid this Venue at all costs. We just had a scheduled meeting to go over our venue details a month before our event. (They said we could only schedule it for a month before).When we arrived, we were under the impression that we were booked for the larger room as our guest count was... well, large. They then told us the would be cramming us into two smaller rooms instead. Why? Well they over booked their venue and were trying to sell us on these two smaller rooms. Obviously we have to now find another location A MONTH BEFORE OUR EVENT. They then had the audacity to say that our deposit was non refundable. They were very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Listen to the other reviews. They are not worth your time or money. Go elsewhere.

I really enjoyed this venue because it was swanky in a good way. With that said it did have many cons.Pros:Great DecorSeveral areas adjacent to the place to drink at.The layout is fantastic and looks like it can hold a solid rage.Photographers(I suppose I can only attest to this night because I went on a day Orgy was playing)Cons:Terrible soundFPDMildy stupid security guardsOverpriced boozeOverall, solid just have to work on sound and it will be well on it's way to becoming a fantastic venue for Fresno.

When my husband and I were looking for our wedding venue, we toured The Loft Events and it was a no brainer that we needed to have our special day here. Not only is it a beautiful and spacious venue, but The Loft Events made the wedding planning easier than I could ever imagined. Ana and Sonia were wonderful to work with, they always replied to emails within a timely manner and were very thorough in making sure that all the fine details were taken care of. Our guests were extremely impressed with the beautiful center pieces and décor. I cannot imagine a more perfect day, and I am so thankful we chose The Loft Events. I highly recommend this venue for any special occasion, you will not be disappointed.

I had my wedding here on August 9 2014 & I was completely amazed on how beautiful it turned out :)They even added some extra decorations that made it stand out even more. We got so many complements about our wedding. I Really felt like I had the wedding of my dreams, it was a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it once I saw it.:)

I have driven by this place a number of times and never really knew what it was until my niece got married here. It's not real big but it sure is a nice place and the price for what they got was what I consider a good deal. The wedding area was clean and very nice, the reception area the same, the only thing that I would complain about is the beer selection, no DosXX or Sol We'll for what it's worth from a guys angle it was very nice and would recommend this place.Catering was by The old Spaghetti Factory and that also was very good.

Beautiful place but awful customer service. I lost my deposit because they did not respond to me during COVID. I left countless voicemails. They have never responded. Even a vendor I was trying to have come cater for me said they would not do business with them. I DO NOT recommend.

I had saved the date for my daughter's Quinceanera in December but got postponed which I totally understand it's not their fault. However, they do need to start answering calls and emails. It is so unprofessional that they are not answering that I'm really starting to get anxiety because I can't move on with any of the planning since I don't have a set date. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

I've had to come to Yelp to get attention . My aunt booked with the loft for March of 2020. Of course because of covid it was canceled . They have yet to get into contact to let us know if we can reschedule or get our deposit back. They don't answer their calls and no one is at the venue . She left a $3000 deposit which they have kept and have not contacted us . All over Facebook and Instagram they have showed that they are selling there items . I am in disbelief how unprofessional the owner has been .

Beyond happy with how our Wedding turned out. By far they have the best pricing and the convenience that they take care of every single thing from set up to tear down. Management worked with us on pricing as well. Rosa was the best and helped us the most. Unfortunately she couldn't always commit to things she always had to ask management and I think that's were the communication gaps occurred. Very elegant. We brought in minimal signs or candles to add to tables. They have all kinds of decorations to choose from. You can definitely make your event very unique and your own style. They also let us use added props without extra cost the day of since they were lingering around. Lighting makes a huge difference to make your photos pop! And the tower theater is perfect for pictures!!
