I love The Loft! The products, the people and the positive energy..George Garcia is amazing ! I always love my hair, he is truly an artist, I also like the chandeliers it gives elegant vibes.

I was ready for a little mommy make over. It was My first Mother's Day and I wanted to get pampered. I was referred by a coworker. Lena was the hairstylist that I made an appointment with. I sent her a message with a few questions and she kindly responded. I made an appointment through her IG (@myhairlady.lm) "Book Now" icon and I was able to choose from her availabilities and book with no problem. Location is downtown at the lofts. I've never been so I made sure I went a few mins early just incase I had trouble looking for the place. The day of my appointment she messaged me saying she was running alittle behind, no big deal. I still decided to come early. I parked at a metered parking close to the building. The tricky part for me was getting in. I guess I went into the side that was locked. Lucky one of the workers from the building was kind enough to put the door password in to let me in. After that I took the elevators up and the loft where the salon was located was easy to find. Beautiful, chic interior with beautiful views of downtown. Lena greeted me and we talked about the style/cut I wanted done for my hair. I don't ever do anything fancy just a wash, cut and style. She took her time we went over my dry scalp issue and recommended products and hair brushes to use. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet. After the wash and cut she dried my hair and styled it with just a hair drier and a boar bristle brush. My hair was so soft, light, voluminous and she styled it beautifully. I loved the outcome of my hair, she did an amazing job. I wanted to take her home so she could do style my hair just like this daily. I had a wonderful experience with Lena. Highly recommend and I will be returning.

So happy to find this salon!! Brenda is amazing and isn't afraid to dye hair red. I love the exclusive feel of the salon and the fact that Brenda doesn't double book. I have lots of hair, it's fine but just a lot of hair. So it's a nice feeling to know my hair will be in good hands and that the dye won't be left on 2 long.It's also nice that Brenda does a mini photoshoot at the end ! It's nice to know she takes pride in her work

This business does not need new clients. Nobody answers the phones, nobody gets back to you after you leave a message. A total waste of time.

Brenda is amazing!!i always leave loving my hair. She has a true passion for this and I'm so lucky to have found her! I know my hair is an amazing hands!

My review is on their poor organization. I did not bother to visit because they didn't seem to care for a new costumer. I emailed them and left a voicemail trying to set up an appointment and did not receive a call back. I was so disapointed I didn't even bother to try and call back on my day off ( my schedule is heacked, that's why I emailed and left voicemail)Very bad experience without having to visit.

So I had a really bad dye job from a stylist and needed help asap. I had an ombré and wanted it to be brought up, well the lady that did it left if green, horrible, patchy, a hot mess. I made an appointment and came in to see Brittan, the miracle she worked with what I had She got back my original color fixed the hot roots the other stylist had left me, and didn't damage my hair in the process. She's really great, friendly, informative, I really love what she did and long story short I found a new stylist and am definitely coming back for extensions. Everyone should really check her out. The atmosphere is great and everyone is really nice and friendly.

George restored my faith! I came in for an emergency fix and he took cared of me. I had gotten my hair done at another hair salon and they messed up my hair. :( I never knew how it felt to relax at a salon until my experience here at the Loft! The service was excellent and I was so happy after I left here! Not to mention, I didn't even want to leave because the view just too beautiful. The salon had an unique look, it was very captivating. I also had the most beautiful blowout I've ever had! I had no idea that a blow dryer can do that to my hair. I was amazed, it was like art in itself! George is the best of the best! Thank you for saving me.

Started as a new client with one of the newer stylists at the salon. My first experience was all right, though I had to come back for a second three hour appointment because the stylist skipped a step in the process. The stylist was nice, and apologetic, and my hair turned out decent after the second appointment. I decided to book another appointment three weeks out. 13 hours before my appointment, I received a text from the stylist saying she needed to cancel because the owner needed her to assist with one of his clients. I rearranged my entire family's schedule to make this appointment happen. I had this appointment on the books for approximately 2 1/2 weeks and they cancel 13 hours before?! I guess the owners clients are more important than any other clients. Seriously very poor customer service. I will not be returning to the salon.

Caroline Long - updo Queen! She handled my coarse long hair with ease. She is an expert in all types of braids and also knew which product to use for my specific hair type. I was extremely pleased with the quality and pricing of this salon. She had me send her pictures of ideas before the appt and was spot on. She worked fast and was very polite and professional.
