The Lash Boutique

My Lash technician was on time and kind, but the quality of the work seemed to have needed improvement. I didn't notice until the day went on and when the false lashes fell into their natural placements that I saw some were glued/misplaced very awkwardly. The natural look I wanted didn't look so natural after all. I booked a last minute appointment because my current Lash artist was unavailable when I needed her. My visits here at the Lash Boutique would probably be for when I need emergency gap fills when I can't get a last minute appointment with my go-to lady. The prices here are very reasonable and booking appointments with them has been very easy and a breeze so far. Hopefully my next appointment will be better. I will update my review accordingly if it does.

I've gone here twice using the Vagaro app with no problem. Today I made an appointment for a lash removal at 6:45 it's not 6:56, I don't see the artist I scheduled it with. There's a girl inside doing somebody else's lashes. So if I leave am I going to get charged a no show fee? I like coming here but I forget how awkward it can be because there's nobody really at the front desk area so you kinda just sit and hope somebody comes out to greet you. It's kinda confusing

Run. Terrible experience. I was very careful and diligent about not touching the lashes, and they fell off in 4 days. When I proceeded to reach out, while including pictures, Melissa would have nothing to do with accepting responsibility. They lack even rudimentary lash experience, not to mention, customer service skills. Melissa proceeded to balance all lash utensils on my head while attempting to apply lashes. I should have walked out, but didn't. Learn from my mistake.

For anybody who's scared to get eyelash extensions because they're scared that they will ruin your lashes. Yes, if you go to somebody who has no idea what they're doing that will happen. I have been going to the lash boutique for awhile and I've gone to Courtney, Lexy, and Sonya. They're all so great and I've let my lashes come out completely by themselves and I just want to show how my after lashes look after having these extensions for a good year. Totally fine! Just shows this place knows what they are doing.

Well, I've been going to Lash Boutique for a while now. Even through their bumps in the road and staff turnovers, I've had 3 Techs since I started, my new lash technician, Felix has remained professional, courteous and does an excellent job (and he gives me wine) . I highly recommend him. Even though today he cheated me on my "partial" appt time!! p.s. Order more collagen pads. Last two times I've requested them you've been out!! Thx!

Several reasons why I give it one star. The star is for my eyelashes done how I wanted them. Justee is very gentle, fast, efficient, my eyes don't burn at all with her! However, my lashes shredded like crazy, and in 5 days half came off. But they couldn't accommodate since it was more than two days after the appt. Don't want to pay 45 for refill then next week another refill!!!? I was referred to Justee, from Lash Boutique, because I heard great things. As a first timer, I accidentally missed my first appt, and was told I was going to be charged??? My fault, work night shift, I accidentally overslept. I totally get missed appts are not acceptable but no one gave me any warning when scheduled via text! Nor an email Justee mentioned that I should of gotten after I scheduled my first appt. Made it to my first appt that was schedule for the second time, came in ten minutes late because my maps was telling it was next to whole foods! I even came 20 min early!! Tried calling/texting them several times and no one answered. So I get it, I made a first bad impression. I'm that annoying flaky late customer. Don't get me wrong, would be annoyed too. Regardless, I know what good customer service is, and I felt tension until after I warmed up to her, broke the ice, apologized for missing my appt, got to know her, super sweet girl... Learned how they are on commission and yeah it's a waste of their time when some one doesn't make it to their appt esp they could of booked some else. I don't feel I should of had to explain myself after making a mistake. Great customer service should be given regardless and not make them have to work for it . This place doesn't accommodate you very well. The receptionist on text is not very pleasing. And to be charge with that price, should have high expectations and good quality lashes and glue don't you think?

This is a late review, but only by 1 month. Anyhow, my appointment was with Justee. First let me start off by letting you know, it's kind of a difficult place to find. You have to come in through the back entrance, nearest to the bank, and you need to take the elevator to the 2nd story. Once you get there, you walk into a waiting area. It was very clean by the way. So I had a full glam set done. It took 2 hours. Although it was long, it was well worth it. Justee did an amazing job! I loved them. I couldn't feel them, or see them. I hadn't cleaned my eyes when I got the appointment because I had an appointment before coming here, but I had brought make up removing wipes. Justee was nice enough to give me a face wash to scrub my eyes instead. It was definitely worth the price. I wish they were closer though, since I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. I recently made the mistake of going to place in my town, I felt as though my lashes were being pulled. Kind of like when you have your hair up in a pony tail and there's one hair being pulled. Yup that feeling. Also, the inside lashes are falling side ways and are shorter than the ones on the other eye. Save yourself the trouble and come straight here. The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts is because it was difficult to find and when I called the number online no one answered, I left a message but by the time they called me back I had already found the place. I will be booking an appointment to fix the ones I have now, and will not be leaving them again lol lesson learned.

Had my lashes done twice here so far, and loved them both times. Would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with Lexy.

I didn't wanna give it one star!!!!Made an appt with Felix because he was my last choice!!!! because JESSSICA thee best and RACHEL had moved go figure??? I hit traffic coming all the way from Tulare at 6 o'clock had called the number to say I was coming got there 12 mins late he wasn't even in the office when I got there so when he walked in the office there was NO HELLO!!! NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT!!! NO NOTHING!!! He walks over looks at the computer and says I'm leaving I only wait 15 mins!!!With his smerk he says OH CALL FOR ANOTHER APPT SORRY!!! COMING FROM TULARE I WAS UPSET !!!!I went to my car and texted the number and got this!! WISH I COULD PASTE THE TEXT MESSAGE picture!!!I am so sorry I let him know you were on the way he did not tell me he was leaving!!!!Told the person who ever was texting me that I came from outta town and that there was traffic and I was soooooo upset and that people should learn to have better customer service!!!! Not just a DIVA ATTITUDE and this is what I got with no response back since ugh!!!!I completely agree with you Kelly, I have already contacted my boss and let her know the situation. The application looks beautiful really does, I've been getting my lashes done for a couple of months but I decided to take a break on them and let them all fall off on there own and OMFG My lashes are short as fuck!!! I had no idea scissors were involved, but they obviously were because my lashes are perfectly cut short!!! I went in with long lashes that everyone thought I had false lashes on and I ended up with short fuckin lashes!!!!!!! Literally so pissed! My intention was just to have fuller lashes to go with my long lashes!!! I got what I wanted but only when I had the extensions on! Now I am left with fucked up short lashes!! Do not make the mistake and make an appointment here!! You'll like how they look but when u take them off you're pretty much left with fucked up lashes. I don't know if this is done on purpose so we keep going back. But I think I know how my own lashes looked before especially always getting compliments on them. The lash boutique is a fuck up nothing professional about them!
