Worst experience. Recommended by our doctor. Dr. Javed saw my husband once.Scheduled for blood and EKG and Stress test and the follow up was with a NP.No other tests scheduled. DO NOT waste your time. Having to start the entire process again with another cardiologist.

I do not recommend this group. I've been seeing Dr. Rafti, well not her, but her PA. The reason is when I make an appointment 6 months to a year in advance and I go to the appointment she has giving me to the Assistant Isaac. I never get to see her even though I made. an appointment with her. This month I had an appointment made six months ago with Dr. Rafti for December 23, 2024. On December 2 I receive a text that I need to reschedule the appointment due to the fact she won't be in the office. I never called and rescheduled, but today I received an email saying I missed my appointment. What appointment?

No one wants to have to go to a cardiologist. However, should the need arise, or your primary care physician thinks it is a good idea due to your family history, The Heart Group is a good place to start.The practice is large, with two locations, one on the same property as Saint Agnes hospital and another in Clovis on the campus of Clovis Community Hospital. That Clovis location, though, is very far way for me, but it is a nice office.The Fresno location at Saint Agnes, most convenient, is very large and is able to do much of the testing necessary to determine what, or even if, needs to be done. I have had two tests done at the Saint Agnes location and the staff was very pleasant and caring. There is a large staff of cardiologists with a variety of specialties. I had requested a woman cardiologist from my primary care and found that The Heart Group has a woman cardiologist, Dr. Rathi. My husband has been a patient here for five years with excellent care.

When you have a glitch in your life and an unexpected heart issue comes along this is the place you want to go to. My doctor was wonderful!

Dr. Bashk is a doctor you would definitely want to have on your case. He goes over in detail what he is looking at. Yet, what he loved about the whole initial consultation was HOW he explains in detail to a patient. No confusion or conversation over your head. We have met doctors that forget, not everyone went to medical school. He was kind, patient, explicit and the best part...he has a sense of humor, which de- stresses a stressful situation. We didn't feel rushed and found our understanding of the WHOLE situation and possible options were discussed. He won't hide anything.The day of the surgery, we checked in a little early at Clovis Community Medical Hospital. We have had experience with them before. Smooth sailing with checking in. We will only go there...most employees left S.A. so their dedication and work environment has changed. Therefore their professionalism is spot on. They keep you relaxed and move about with experience and patience. Dr. Bashk came in, went over every detail again, double checked to make sure everything was good and that you were comfortable, then proceeded. My husband was done before he knew it. I was waiting downstairs and was called immediately by Dr. Bashk and the recovery team at Clovis Community Medical Hospital. The doctor & the team informed me of his situation, how long his recovery & to be up front in the drop-off /pick-up zone. They were rolling him out at the precise time. We are very grateful to Dr. Baskh, the personnel at Clovis Community Medical Hospital and his team at The Heart Group.

My 90 year old father underwent an angiogram followed by an aortic valve replacement (TAVR) a month later. Dr. Bakhsh is extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions, allayed our fears and comprehensively covered the procedure and the possible outcomes. He was easy to approach and delivered his messages succinctly and timely; in language we could understand. My sister and I were anxious because of the risk and our dad's age, but Dr. Bakhsh explained everything so well that his confidence gave us the assurance we needed. Our dad spent only one night in the hospital and is recovering very well. Thank you, Dr. Bakhsh, and the entire Heart Group staff.

Do not depend on the staff or doctors to respond to your immediate needs unless you have an appointment. But you cannot get an appointment. They do not return your calls to schedule an appointment. Going to Urgent Care or the ER will not do anything if you need to be under your doctors' care.If you need long care medical needs, find another doctors' group. The staff and doctors seem not to care at The Heart Group.

Unprofessional bunch of group I have ever delt with. You need to teach your doctors how to respect peoples time and that your patients do have a life and other commitment.When I have an appointment at 8:15 I would like to be seen at 8:15 and if you are late that is your problem, but I can see that your office don't care. So I suggest that you find a doctor that can respect that because Gade has no idea what that is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HEART GROUP.
