The Forks Resort, Bass Lake: 2024 Aug 25 (5 of 5)The Forks burgers received a glowing column in the New Yorker by writer Helen Rosner. She did not mince words when writing about the burgers here. Our Double Cheese Burger were served with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and house-made 1000 island dressing. The burgers have everything you would want in your burgers. They're sweet, savoury and meaty - plus the price can't be beat. We were lucky to be attended by Ashley again. Ashley is friendly, cheerful and has a great attitude. We were happy to find a table outside - to enjoy the sunshine and view of Bass Lake. Bass Lake is situated in the Sierra National Forest approximately 14 mi (23 km) from the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. If you're taking a drive through Bass Lake, make a stop at The Forks. We've been here several times - and we've never been disappointed.

I was told this place has the best burgers and boy ohhhhh boyyyyy were they right!!!!! I ordered the cheeseburger with everything and oh lawdddddd was it amazing!!!! I was blown away at how good it was. I would get this again and again if I lived closer! My son ordered a regular cheeseburger and smashed it so fast I was so proud lol. If you're in the area you have to try their cheeseburgers they are out of this world!!! Also, their onion rings are mind blowing! I'll be dreaming of this burger tonight....

Went on a weekend, around 40 minutes before closing. Got the chili burger, tho was surprised it was open faced. Was pretty good. Service was good as well.Try to find a table inside tho, mosquitos are everywhere when sitting outside

We were checking out the area and were told by the locals this place had killer burgers. It is across from the lake and part of a resort. We waited quite a while but we wanted outside seating and it was Memorial Day weekend. Everybody else got "the works" which includes a double cheeseburger fries and salad. There were no complaints. To me the fries were only ok, but I feel like most are.I ordered the club sandwich with onion rings. Club sandwich was pretty good. The onion rings were fantastic! I love good onion rings! The view can't be beat from the patio.It was also a great idea to put out communal bug spray. I didn't need it this day but had I been under attack by mosquitoes I would have happily.

Food here is great by Bass Lake. Service is very attentive, and parking can be hard to find during lunch hours for summer.

My family and I come to Bass Lake once a year. The Forks is a tradition we go for some yummy lunch!! The burgers are so good! And the fries and onion rings SO GOOD. The iced tea is so good too! The service was on point for us being a party of 13 the food came so fast and they were on point. It's always clean and they have a place to shop for some clothing items or some groceries!

Everyone was extremely kind.Brandi was my servier. Brandi helped make sure that all the food I ordered kept me safe as I have a ton of allergies.Me and my dog sat peacefully outside and enjoyed a delicious Cali Squeeze beer, a salad and a chicken sandwich. The fries were so crispy and everything was so flavorful.highly recommend!

We've been coming here for years and I can't believe the transformation! It used to be a local stop with great burgers and shakes. It's still that, but make country classy. They now have a takeout are and a very nice outdoor seating area with nice views of the lake. Service was friendly and casual, just the way I remember it.

Good food clean and also fast even the Togo orders.. I love there chili fires and chicken salad they make there chili homemade if your wanting something sweet get the Mint and chip mud pie Wow that alone on date night well or on a hot summer day well stop in just for the Mud pie .. The service is always so nice our fav is the sweetest girl her name is Kristy she works in the main store when we moved her she had so many great things to share about the area .. Ps I thought I posted this review over the summer better late the never
