No one called back! Not even to say: " sorry we're too busy".That's very poor customer service

The Fence Company uses superior product. My fence is beautiful but most important, built to last for many years to come. I was shocked when I found out not only does the wood get personally custom cut for each and every job they also source their own materials. 5 star crew did a fantastic job with a quality instalation. It's rare to find companies building anything that last this day in age. People have become accustomed to disposable products and services on pretty much anything and everything. The Fence Company is a great company and they work hard to make there installs look great and professional. Also very friendly, happy staff as well. In the end, it's a great product built to last and it looks awesome! I'll be glad to due business again, I definitely recommend this business. Kudos The Fence Company for providing a superior product built to last!

I rarely give bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but this company could not get it together. I contacted them before Thanksgiving for a bid since they had replaced my other fence years ago with no issues. After many unanswered calls and no-shows for appointments, they showed for the final appointment. We notified the man that we would remove a huge, exposed tree root prior to replacing the two fences. I received an email shortly after that they declined to bid my fences because of too many roots. In the end, I figured that they did me a favor and this is probably not the company I should be working with.

We needed a new fence and heard from a friend about this company. I just wanted to say they did an amazing job and we highly recommend them.

Asked for a no cost estimate that they specifically mentioned they do they did respond within an hour or so set up a time gave them my information and never heard back from them ever again. That alone made up my mind to not use this very unprofessional company. They can ignore me I have gone with another company that actually responded the same day came out to my property gave me a free quote I liked the price and hired them immediately.

Very appreciative of the great work the fence company has done for me twice now. Terry, Michael and Charlie are amazing. Good people and good at what they do. Highly recommend this business.

I initially had a bad experience with I guess I would call them a sub contractor. After some thought and having been contacted by Terri I believe I was a little unfair. Just the fact that she reached out after all this I appreciate. Thank you. I am definitely glad you no longer use Don.

I had the pleasure of working with The Fence Company to replace my very dated and dilapidated fence. The took care of everything from permits to mapping the utility lines. Everyone from the owners to the gentlemen who actually did the work were so kind and went above and beyond to install a quality fence. On-top of the quality work that they did, every day, the workers took special care to re-secure the boarders so that my [small] dogs were not able to get out of the yard.The wood that they used was milled by them and of very high quality. The post were set in cement and extremely sturdy and the actual fence planks were secured with 2 beams across. This fence will last a life time.I had the pleasure of working with may members of this family owned business and everyone of them made sure that I felt like family too.The quote that they provided was accurate and affordable.If you have to replace a fence anytime soon, I highly recommend using The Fence Company.

If you want a good review for them, it's not coming from me. Calling every month for over 9 months to come fix a a gate they installed incorrectly with nothing but sad stories. I heard about all their problems, Finally came to fix it when I wasn't home, but made it worse. Gate won't even close now. The owner, is full of excuses....(reasons) they are struggling. I get it, but 9 months of writing my messages on Post-It notes and misplacing them. It's time to get out of the business.
