they got my custom orchid display done and delivered the same day to someone special. she was willing to facetime me to pick out the flowers and very informative on the logistics reassuring it's prompt arrival.

We have gotten orchids from here many times through the years. My two recent arrangements from my husband (birthday and Mother's Day) of this year were not at their greatest. My birthday orchid arrangement consisted of 3 tall and beautiful white, yellow and purple orchids, but had such a fungus gnat problem. They were all over the bark, hiding under the moss in the containers.My Mother's Day arrangement consisted of 4 types, white, yellow and 2 different purples, all in full bloom and gorgeous. However, all started to bud drop within a few days. Once I cut the stems back, Mealy Bugs were emerging from the crowns. We have some orchid species in our home that have been living for over 10 years, so the minute I saw the Mealy Bugs, the whole arrangement was tossed. PLEASE make sure to check your flowers THOROUGHLY before purchasing.

What a pleasant experience shopping for an orchid I had today. Located on the corner of W Shaw and Maroa, down the street from where the good gravy is, Whole Foods (inside joke that I intend to milk). What a nice transformation this former Orange Store has taken. And it's super convenient to just drive up and start shopping. Tons of Orchids, pots and other plants, they did a nice job sprucing the place up with epoxied floors and a pleasing paint job. Thanks for making the corner a lot more classy. The pricing starts from under $10.00 and good sized medium ones are about $15.00. What a great value. So much so, that I'm never going to be without at least one blooming year round. A great gift for folks too, an Orchid is perfect from folks that have absolutely everything and are hard to find something they can use. Who doesn't like simple beauty and caring for these things couldn't be easier.The help was super friendly and personable, helped educate me and prepped my plant trimming it, staging it in the pot, making it look nice, etc. I love real plants and a nice Orchid is a gem that can bloom for months with really interesting variations. Real bang for the buck.I regret I didn't the the Japanese? woman's name who works there. She added so much to the experience and feel to the place and did such a good job. Please to put 'tip jar' out!In way of encouragement to you, thanks for doing a great job representing the business and enhancing the experience for me. My mom and I went in today to buy her her first orchid. When we walked in I didn't see anyone then I saw a lady watering orchids. I said hello and she just stared at me. She ignored us. I saw how she was watering the orchids by sharing water and from what I know this is not advisable because it can spread pests and disease. They only had phals and I picked one up to purchase as I look up the lady us yelling at me from across the room. She said you can't buy that one it's for an arrangement. So I just left. First she tried to ignore us but was just watching everything we did? Idk If she was the owner but I won't be back. I went to trader Joe's and found a beautiful orchid for my mom there. We also went to vons and they had a mitlonia orchid. I'd suggest you go elsewhere if u care about customer service.

Beautiful store, beautiful arrangements and great prices. The owner is so helpful and attentive to customers, along with just nice in general.

This place is amazing and the care she takes for her orchids is superb. All the negative reviews about the shop owner being rude or blatantly saying she doesn't speak English well is absurd. She's very caring and kind. Its sad to see people call someone rude because they don't speak their native language well. If they don't understand how will they know how to react? The orchids were beautiful and this is the only place in Fresno I'll ever buy my orchids. Correct mixes and potting. All the other stores pot the orchids horribly and most will die due to the soil/mix being done improperly from my experiences. Ignore the ignorant reviews. I've never written a yelp in my life until I was furious about the negative reviews. Support your local small businesses!

Purchased a lovely white Orchid/plant arrangement for my boss' birthday on 8/6/18. Cost about $35. She loved it. It sits on her work desk and still looks as fresh and beautiful as the day I got it. Highly recommend!

Amazing lady!If you love orchids, but can't keep them alive, let alone RE-bloom, go to her!I love orchids, and I have 8 orchids between my home and office, and they never RE-bloom!!After three weeks every single one has shoots and buds growing!!!I was even able to bring one back from death row!!!You won't be disappointed!!!

Permanently closed. Don't know if they have a new location as yet. Too bad. They had some beautiful plants.
