The Downtown Dog Groomer

They cut our dogs nails so short he cried and couldn't hardly walk for couple days. When I told them they got mad wouldn't groom our two dogs anymore. So they don't like to be told anything. If want to take dogs there don't ever tell her anything she will not see your pets again. Sad they are the only pet groomer in town. But just as well don't trust her now.

Friendly. The groomers listen to what kind of trim I want on my schnauzer each time, and deliver exactly. Unlike most places, it is easier to get an appointment here. Worth the drive! Zoë was so happy, and so was I.

The ladies are so nice. My English Bulldog just loves them, he can't wait to get inside to see them! They are so nice, giving tips for at home and great treats for my dog. There's even a space for 2 legged kids to wait while I talk to them. The place is so clean and very organized. Just love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A mother daughter team that are fabulous !! We no longer live in NF. But, we travel the 80 mile round trip, from Fresno, just to take our two dogs to Jessica. Our Doodle goes on a regular basis. Our Lab went just for a nail trim, until one summer I was complaining how much our white Lab shed. Jessica suggested a close shave on her. I didn't know about this; so we gave it a try. Incredible!! Sophie's close cut fur felt like velvet! And no shedding ALL summer!!!!!!!!I recently rescued two Multipoo's from an orchard in W. Fresno. They were a mess; goop, rat's nests, matted knots, and a foul odor. Jessica, kindly, worked them in that day and it was a transformation, with no nicks anywhere. These were not tame pups. I read LaVerne C.'s review and am just shaking my head. Our experience, with Downtown Dog Groomer, was absolutely the opposite. Your pup will be lovingly taken care of by Jessica and her mother.
