The best place in Merced to kick it with the homiez. There are over 15 pool tables available and some arcade games in the back. Rates are by the hour and very fair. There's a huge selection of bottled beer and some on tap. They also have a spinning wheel if you'd like to try your luck at picking a random beer. If not, you can always ask the beertender for a suggestion, they're usually pretty helpful.If you'd like to play some music and change up the vibe, there's a jukebox available. Get some dollah bills and change at the bar. There's a pretty decent selection of music and also Mexican faves and Spanish tunes available.

Very convenient location downtown, came after a night at the movies across the street . Sam was the bartender and provided a upbeat and fun atmosphere ! Decided to embark on this 99 beer challenge , get on the wall if you finish 99 in a year! Someone actually proposed behind us ! #Epic Good after spot as they don't close til 2 ! Will be a returning customer !

This place is fairly different from your standard bar, they have brew just like anywhere else around, but what they have that others don't is a 99 beer bottle challenge, it's an impossible feat, but at least it's available for the brave to try. I like that they have a beer for every taste bud, their wall has multiple stouts, lagers, ales, and sours, so no matter what your preference is they have you covered. Another thing I like about this spot is their namesake, they really are a billiards pub, where most have 1-5 tables, this place boast over 15-20 and they also have a handful of arcade style games for a reasonable price.

For wholesome fun in Merced, or just for something to DO period (Mer-DEAD! ARGH!!!), go play some pool or awkwardly select few arcade games, especially considering there's a real, full-sized arcade as competition, in town. The thing that makes THIS pool hall unique, however, is its selection of 99 canned beer varieties (mostly shit like PBR/Coor's, or, the worst by far: Bud Light with Clamato!) Try them all and win a chance to spin the wheel-which-probably-has-a-name-but-I-don't-know/remember-it! Win games of pool, memorabilia/sports merchandise, more beer, or other prizes! Brings whole new meaning to "99 bottles of beer on the wall!"

I had a cool experience the last time I was here with my family. A few days ago I came here with some friends, we had fun but the only thing that ruined it was the Bartender this 6ft tall black man. He was so rude!! He was very mean even though I was nice to him. I had ordered a few drinks, instead of handing me the change, he sort of Threw it at me!? Also he didn't give me back the exact change. I didn't like how he demanded tips from every customer. Hey Dude! Or the Boss of Cue Spot if your reading this, Please keep yo Bartender on check also please do know that I WILL TIP YOU ACCORDINGLY TO HOW WELL YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is just okay. The spacing is inefficient along with the fact that they don't have any real food. They sell snacks like twinkies and stuff but nothing more. They have a decent selection of beverages ranging from soda and beer. The juke box makes for the atmosphere along with great prices. This place has a lot of potential though.

terrible new owner/management. fake security standing by the door claims it's 18+ to play pool and an id is required yet there's multiple children present and playing pool at the same time ? but when asked says they came with their parents so it's okay. We have been coming to play pool for years and were denied because they wouldn't accept a school id with a graduation date of 2023 , and this person was also accompanied by 2 people over 21. Alcohol around children but won't let an adult enter, make it make sense thanks for ruining one of the few semi fun things we have in the area

Drinks were good, place was cool and clean, but the bartender was extremely monotone. I typically leave 20% tips for almost everything. However she actively worked to remove that. I went up to her for a 2nd round of drinks and thanked her for getting them, in the entire interaction not one word was said. We were two of 5 people there. Just was not felt welcomed.

Great place to relax with friends and drink some great IPA. I've came in a few times and have never been let down. Great service all around. If you're looking for something to do this is definitely the place!
