Only come here if you're desperate and have a half hour to wait. They have more inventory than the North Fresno location in River Park, but it's better just to order online because the same sales do not apply in store as they do online. There was a line of mile along here. One person working.

Terrible experience. Went in to shop for my little one, decided to purchase a coat for my baby and while I was being checked out at the register the worker was speaking into her Apple Watch and saying something along the lines of "you f**k me the best" THIS WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING, literally you are working at a children's clothing store.... Such an embarrassment will not be returning to this store!

Somebody needs to call in FEMA to this store. Clearly it has been ravaged by some kind of natural disaster. The first time I came here was the day after black Friday, so I chalked the general dishevelment of the store up to not having had time to fix it. But each return visit to this store has proven the same. The whole place looks like a tornado blew through. The pants are all wadded up and tossed haphazardly onto the shelves. The sweaters are in slightly more organized heaps. Many of the articles of clothing that are hung up are hanging off the hangers. It's almost impossible to get into the dressing room thanks to all the boxes and loose clothing crammed into the back room. Some of the employees are great. The remaining move with all the determination of a sloth who has overeaten. They block aisles as they sluggishly slop clothes back on their general areas, and if there is a fire, you'll probably get burned alive, because they're not at all concerned that you're trying to get around them. I'm probably going to end up at the River Park location going forward. It's a bit more of a drive, but it's also a lot more organized and the employees are a lot more interested in being helpful.

The ladies there have horrible customer service. They stand around and talking. When you ask them her help, they act like it is a bother. The dressing room is always dirty with trash everywhere on the floor. They need to clean up. Not coming back

Just left this wretched place and I will graciously say, "I will never, ever come back to this Effen place!"My wife and I gave birth to our beautiful son a little over a month ago and wanted to get back out and do some returns. I was reluctant to come back here with her since they always have long lines and rude teammates working there.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the little raggedy girl with the multi-colored hair again. The skinny chick with glasses was left in charge of the place again. Dang, they both suck as teammates. Already figured that out from the first trip here. She really has to work on her customer service skills and quit ending her sentences with general threats of policy. You can never ask her a question without her throwing in a little "Just so you know" BS. It is very offensive especially when I am half black and my beautiful wife is Mexican.The reason for the long review today is because she again notified the raggedy little girl to walk the floor since I was pushing my son in his stroller. I usually walk him in my arms to avoid the BS at retail stores, but we were dead tired from staying up with him the night before. Anyway, the little raggedy girl followed us all the way back and pretended to fold clothes next to us. My wife, feeling very awkward, asked her a question about one of the sales to break up the weird vibe. Raggedy Ann got spooked and walked up towards the front. 10-12 minutes into our long wait in line, another patron walked up and said that the little girl with the colored hair told the skinny chick that we were stealing. Well, that explains the crazy stares we were getting from the people in the front! The couple behind us, who coincidentally had a family member up at the front of the line, were telling us how messed up it was to say something like that, especially when we were not stealing. I totally get it, black guy with a stroller alarm went off and she had to respond. But why the lie? We did have a Children's Place bag underneath the stroller, but I did point that out to the raggedy one on the way in.So now we are the talk of the town and couples are starting to lend us their support by offering us kind words and complimenting us on how we were handling ourselves. I am used to racism since it is something I had to deal with growing up more so in the 80's and 90's.. My wife, on the other hand, started to unravel a bit. She is kind-hearted and is naive to stuff like that. It is tough to stand in a line for over 30 minutes watching other couples with strollers not being followed, then having the other people in line giving you signals. We ended up going through line with people even staying after their transactions twas see what was going to happen next. We did the return and my wife was literally going to punch the chick so I had to hurry it up. Kinda hard to stop rage when it's righteous and I almost let her do it just to relive an episode of Cops I seen back in the day. No eye contact or an apology so just I told the glasses chick put the money back on my card and we walked out. I'll never go back.

This store gets two stars because I usually love Children's Place, and this store was semi clean. It wasn't very organized and the employees at this store always seem unhappy to be working there. After this last visit today with the service I received I will make sure to only be shopping at the River Park Children's Place for future purchases. Children's Place staff at the Fashion Fair location could use a few lessons in customer service/friendliness.

The good news about this place. They have both clothes that are trending (good news in some instances, bad news during this hipster age of skinny/useless jeans), and your staple of mini college clothes for the tiny tikes. This was also out saving grace from the wrath that is Old Navy and their INCREDIBLE shrinking clothing. Old navy had 4 jeans for the ridiculous price of $25 for the lot. Little did we know they would shrink upon the first wash. Which we discovered on the 2nd week of the regular school season. My only gripe is with their graphic tees. The generic characters they use are a little... May I say, too generic. What this leaves is a void of fashionable tees, where, if it's all the same to you guys, they could've very well left the shirts empty of graphics and added a v-neck, pocket, fisherman's button, somewhat random zippers, etc. Still, this store does serve a purpose. Now, only if we can keep the ghetto people living South of Bullard/Barstow/Shaw/Gettysburg from messing up the presentation of this store...

This store is an absolute mess....I went in to pick up an order and while there I decided to look at a few things. The clothes were such a mess and couldn't find anything. They had 1 cashier at the register who was an absolute mess, slow and the line was so long that she never called anyone for help. So after standing in line waiting to purchase and get my online order...I went and asked a manager for help since the line was so long..she acted like it was a chore stopping to come help customers. I had to ask her not once but twice to come help..I mean this place needs to really get it together.

They have the worst workers and it's always a mess here. The worker literally was talking about us to another co worker, because we wanted to look at some shirt. It was messed up and she was trying to fold. The mess had nothing to do with us, and it's your job to keep this place nice and neat. Never again shopping here. I have shopped here for 14 years and it's always been a mess but for a worker to stand there talking s*** about customers no thank you. Without our business you wouldn't have a job. So keep that in mind before you talk about customers.
