I love their kids combo, the bbq and ranch are delicious. It has lot of food for me. It's a 6 piece but usually a couple more pieces make it in there. Restaurant is always clean. They added a kiosk so you can order your food yourself, so there wasn't always someone at the register. I wasn't happy that I ordered online, got there early. Waited past the expected time it would be ready. When I asked about my food it had been sitting there the whole time,, I didn't receive a notification that my food was ready until I left the restaurant.

Ordered some food to go and was pretty disappointed with the quality. Asked for only pickles on my chicken sandwich, got home and had only lettuce on a tiny piece of chicken and a squished bun. The blue cheese dip is really runny and the fried pickles have an odd color and smell like they weren't cooked properly. I haven't eaten here in a while but last time everything was fine. Not at all worth the money spent today.

The chicken here is very good. I enjoyed the dipping sauce. I got the sweet chilli sauce. The customer service was pretty good. I only came here because of art hop. I would come back to get the chicken but not the fries. The ambiance is weirdly decorated with quotes.

Chicken strips were tender, not overcook, not undercook. They were just right, totally love the ranch. And buffalo sauce they offer. We picked up the food we do not eat in the facility. Thank you, chicken shack, keep up the good work. Service was good

It's been a while since we've eaten here. Picked up take out for lunch today: 6 piece wings, 10 piece chicken tenders and an order of Buffalo chicken fries. When I placed the order over the phone , I was doubtful the worker took it down correctly, just based off our exchange. My son picked up the order and everything was correct, thank you. My husband enjoyed his wings, fry with Szechuan sauce in the side and my daughter liked her fries and sauce. We overall thought the chicken tenders which are also used for the fries, were rubbery. We've always known while the breading in the chicken is really good, the chicken itself is not seasoned. But now, the chicken itself is not cooked well. Won't be back, it's too expensive for what it is.

I have gone here a few times, and the times I've gone here it is packed! Which means good for the business, but not for the customers because the parking situation is terrible.The times I have gone here, I got the chicken fries and every time the fries are soggy which is not good. I wish the fries were cooked more and not soggy by the time I get to eat them. But the taste is there.Service wise, I've never had an issue, everyone in there is always so nice.It's somewhat clean, maybe get a little better with the turn around when customers leave and when new customers want to sit down.

At first I was skeptical to try this place out! But we were on the road coming back home and my husband wanted some chicken. I read the reviews on this spot and had sooo many mixed emotions about even coming here. We decided let's just try it for ourselves. I'm so glad we did! The chicken fingers were not small like everyone states. I totally didn't take any pictures but we enjoyed and will more than likely be back. Try this spot for yourself!!! The only downside is.... The area.

Door dashed a couple of things, one particular was a chicken wrap marked everything i wanted and specifically said no onion since im allergic & pregnant and when i received my food it had big chucks of onion so i called because the wrap alone was $16 and some girl answered and put me on hold for over 14 min and so i clicked call back and they now have the phone line off terrible service cant even try to get a refund for something i couldn't eat.
