Chicken shack, you're my best friend. It's been too long.
Disappointed :( they forgot to add ranch and cheese. The Fresno location does much better with presentation and fry to chicken ratio.

My son and I went here and got a chicken sandwich and some fries, he's only 2 years old, so he only ate the fries. When I order at a place with a lot of sauce options, I always ask the cashier which one they prefer and he was a little helpful, but needs to smile. A smile goes a long way, maybe even to a 5 star review. Not only was he not smiling NO ONE in there smiled at all. Not even the manager that came and was passing out food.The place was clean, it's also huge inside! Just wish the service was better in my opinion. No problem here.

Hard pass. My husband reminds me to not rely on Yelp reviews. In this case, I should have listened. Upon entering this quiet, desolate restaurant I wasn't greeted. There were two tables accompanied by 2 guests per table.I ordered the chicken strips and a soda. The chicken strips came with ranch dressing. The chicken was barely breaded, flavorless and plain boring. You have to eat them hot, otherwise, they're not good. I ate 3 of the 6 that came to the order. How can you mess up chicken strips? I won't be coming back nor do i recommend.

Meh. The fries are bomb. Annnnnd. That's about it. I've come a few times and I feel like the food gets worse each time. For a chicken place, these are possibly the worse chicken strips ever. I make better chicken strips from a frozen bag in my air fryer! The fries are good and the only reason I'm not giving 1 star. The service wasn't even good enough to get the second star! It took almost 30 mins to get our food and I'm not sure why because nothing was beyond warm when it finally came to the table. I don't think we will come back. At least to this location.

Typical "fast service" interior. They have some funny sayings on the wall. The person taking our order was nice enough but not friendly. I thought it was strange they don't offer a cup for water.. you have to buy a bottle of water. Be patient because it takes a bit to get your food, it's not fast by any means. The strips and fries were hot and crispy. Very good.

Very very disappointed. I had heard good things about Chicken Shack. I ordered 10 piece fingers and got 9. I ordered mac & cheese and did not get at all. I ordered the 2 for 1 fries and paid for both. This was Door Dash so I couldnt go back and complain but I will not be going back.

While visiting Fresno/Clovis over the weekend, my son was craving chicken. We found The Chicken Shack on Yelp and decided to go....despite the negative reviews. It's located in a beautiful outdoor shopping center. Parking was fairly easy to find. And my daughter loves the waterfall on the walk from the parking lot to the restaurant. They have a variety of items to pick from from wings to tenders to bites. They even gave a chicken waffle slider. So we decided to get a little of everything. The French fries are to die for!!!! My son loved his wing & tender combo. And my daughter got the kids meal. I tried the chicken waffle slider. It was tasty. My only complaint would be that the waffle broke in pieces after a couple bites making it hard to eat. Wish we had one closer to us!!!!

I'm sitting here right now and I got #2 and a ranch and they charged me .89 for the ranch but other sauces were free, don't most people eat ranch with chicken strips, he said oh we make our ranch In house , and who cares shouldn't cost anymore than the others, then my husband asked for a water cup and the guy said we don't have water cups you can buy a bottle for $1.50 and the bathrooms were locked .Any place in Clovis to eat will give you a water cup that's really bad on their part I just spent over 17.00 you think they could give me some water, their small cup is $2.19 so if I bought one just to get water that would be ridiculous! And they have a tap for water so how would I be getting that without buying a cup ? Hummmm

I love this place!! The food is hot, spicy and fresh. I've been here a couple times to this location in Clovis and other locations , always consistent, quick and friendly service. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my husband got the original buffalo chicken fries and both delicious. Mouth watering deliciousness
