Pretty good considering it's in Visalia I love the seafood boil it's amazing.Havent tried anything else there but I'm sure everything they serve is delicious kinda pricey but u get what u pay for and I go definitely go once a month if not twice treat yourself you won't be disappointed

I have been here a couple times, and have enjoyed my food and service! Because of that we decided to have my daughter's birthday dinner here. We were given a brand new server. I understand that new servers need experience, but if they do not know the menu, or how to input orders or just service in general, throwing them on a party of 14 is just poor planning, and not a good training strategy. Needless to say family that had never been were met with "I don't know" every time they had a question about menu items". The amount of times we had to get up from our seats to ask for refills, missing items etc was disappointing. My husband and I shared the most expensive combo, and the lobster tails were over cooked and extremely dry and chewy. When your plate is $120, I would expect that the food should be worth the price. The staff and gentleman that seemed to be the manager seemed overwhelmed (they were packed and busy) and treated us almost like an inconvenience. Normally when we have been its pretty slow inside, we always had great food and attentive service. The popularity that they have gained has caused the service and quality of food to suffer immensely. This is so disappointing as we were so excited to share this spot with our family who were unimpressed and wont be coming back.As someone who frequently visits, I can possibly overlook all of those things and chop it up to a bad night, until we paid our bill. We had separate checks and made sire to be specific with the server who was on what tab. When we went to pay the items were not correctly split up, and family members were saying "this item was not mine" and they were told by assume the gentleman that was the manager that the HAD to pay for items they did not order and could just ask the people who had the items to pay them back! In what world is it ok to force people to pay for other guests items and make it our job to collect the money?? He stated that they could not adjust the bills once one person paid. So we were all forced to pay for items we did not order and he shrugged his shoulders, said the server was new and did not care. He actually seemed annoyed that were upset that we were being forced to pay for the wrong items. My impression was that they are so busy now that they dont feel the need to cater to and give quality service and food to customers. Understand that people will not continue to come of their experience is bad and the food is not quality. You lost 14 customers in that short amount of time and its a shame you did not care.

The decor was the greatest aspect of the restaurant while the food itself was mediocre. They were empty despite my party coming in for Friday lunch. The windows had some strange residue along the edges. The tables were preemptively covered and I would have preferred a fresher table cloth. We opted for combo 1 which was said to be for groups of 2-3. We chose one pound of headless shrimp, crawfish and clams. Each combo came with 2 sausage, corn and potatoes. We chose a medium spice level and stuck to the classic Cajun sauce. Our drinks and appetizers came out first and the seafood came out a few minutes afterwards. *Coronarita: a fun spin on the classic Margarita. The glass was generous and the drink itself wasn't too sweet. It was subtly citrusy and not too watered down. *Garlic Noodles with Cajun Sauce: the noodles had a slight chew and good savory flavor. However I wouldn't describe it as very garlicky or spiced. The noodles were on the drier side and I would have liked some of the actual Cajun sauce to give it more spiciness and moisture. *Combo 1: the medium spice had subtle heat and I would suggest the spicy level for those would want an actual kick. The shrimp were plump but on the blander side. The crawfish was similarly flavorless although the texture was bouncy. The clams were by far the best seafood item. They were plump, sweet and cleaned well. The included sides were overcooked and tough. Service was minimal and we were ignored after we placed our order. We had to wave down a server when we ran out of gloves. Personally I found the sides and drinks more memorable than the boil. The seafood wasn't the freshest and the sauces were forgettable. The combo didn't include enough food for the price so I would pass. While the clams were tasty, cleanliness and flavors should be worked on.

First timers here! Service was great. Food didn't take long to bring out. Ordered some sweet potatoes for an appetizer & got combo #2 for 3 of us.It was pick 2 & pick 1 kind of deal.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't as crazy full as I thought it was going to be. The service was fast and the waitresses were on it. If I requested a cup of water, they would bring it in less than a minute. I got a combo bag because it was my first time going to a boiling crab place, and that option made it super easy to pick. The food was amazing. I got the medium spice, which, as a person who really likes spicy things, was perfect. Such a fun bonding time with family. The restaurant has a lot of seating and looked clean :)

I ordered the shrimp basket & Po'Boy sandwich. They were both okay. I was expecting it to be warmer just felt like it has been sitting out for a while not fresh. The fries were cold and not fresh either. The seasoning was perfect tho.

the best drinks and great food such as the shrimp clams and snow crab Owners the best and such nice people. And try the dynamite bread fire and also the catfish

Stopped on the way home from a trip and let me tell you this place didn't not disappoint. So random but so yummy. The decor inside and out is beautiful. Love the patio and the flowers. So many options for whatever you are feeling. The service is amazing had 3 different people come up during our visit. Highly recommend and can't wait to come again. The green beans in the boil is different, in my opinion they belong.

The seafood boiling bags were delicious and more than enough. The sauces were flavorful but not salty. Garlic noodles were cooked to perfection. Great customer service and a nice atmosphere. I can't wait to return.

2nd time was even more amazing. The waitress was very sweet, despite her being the only one working we were not neglected in the slightest. The seasoning on our boil bag was AMAZING! Free refills, and the overall price isn't bad at ALL!! I will absolutely be returning.
