I highly recommend this place for your formal wear and suits. They offer professional service in a nice and luxurious setting. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, ready to assist you with all your needs.

great family run place they are mostly a rental jiont but do offer a line of suits to purchase at a great price for a three piece set up very friendly will be back again

My son needed a tie for prom. I called ahead to ask general questions and the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and offered to help in person. Later that day I showed up to a full lobby with lots of young men picking up and trying on their rentals. I was immediately asked if I had been helped and attended to. Even with the high volume of customers each one, myself included was helped in a positive, respectful and timely manner. I was happy with my purchase, my son looked great and would recommend Black Tie to others.

The lady that works in there is literally so rude. I have no idea why she's working in customer service. She talks to customers and employees with such entitlement it's ridiculous. The other people working were so helpful but she ruined our experience. So disappointed.

Had a wedding Sunday. We picked up Tux sat. Well if you're planning a wedding you know the day before is busy so you trust your tux shop. NOT. Not this place. It was a small wedding so it should have been easy 3 of the guys tux's were not good. One was 3 sizes to small one was way to short. When i took tux back and mentioned it all the guy said was well did he try it on. I said the day he got fitted. They're closed Sunday and wedding was on a Sunday .never ever will i use this place or recommend this place. Service and attitude sucked.

To the owner of this place, you need to hire more efficient staff. Fix your A/C. We had a total of 11 suits, of those I had 4. I came in multiple times and could not figure out why we had chosen this place. Long wait times, employees standing around and not providing direction. I would suggest a sign at the entrance letting customers know to sign in. The first time I came in, I did not know I had to sign and waited 15 minutes until another customer told me to. We were "measured" and my son's shirt doubled his size, his pants were also too big. I had to request for spenders and another shirt. My dad's white shirt was missing buttons and was yellow. Never again.

Not our first time renting here at this wonderful Ma and Pop tuxedo store! Luigi and Cesar were both amazing during our visit. Luigi helped my husband pick out the tuxedo suit with the matching vest and bow tie. Cesar was very quick and effective with the measurements for my husband's tuxedo. The price was perfect for renting! Depending on the suit you pick- the prices to rent can range from approximately $179-250, however, you get the vest, and tie or bow tie. The shoes are additional but only $20! You really can't beat it!! I highly recommend this place for weddings, prom events, birthdays, graduation and more!

My grandson was attending his first formal dance.We went to The Black Tie, not knowing anything about formal wear. David was awesome! Patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful.He made the whole experince fun and not stressful!What a gem he is!

Hands down the best place! I will be returning to The Black Tie. The employees were amazing and so nice. I didn't catch their names but the woman working was very caring to our needs. And man with the pony tail was also very caring to our needs and made things very easy for us. We had a last minute event and they were able to fit my brother and have the tux done within hours.

Guys please make sure you go check out The Black Tie before ever going to Men's Wearhouse. I promise you'll never want to deal with their terrible service and greedy pricing again when you see how well you get taken care of at Black Tie! My fiancée and I just went and picked out the suits for my groomsmen and bridal party and David seriously made the process so easy and stress free! Even with how indecisive my fiancée can be, he was extremely patient and courteous to show us every option we asked for. He was more than happy to let us see every change and adjustment we asked for, and fitted everything on a manikin so we could see what it would look like. I can tell we are getting better suits and service, are going to look extremely sharp, and are paying MUCH less for the rentals!
