The BEST Gluten-Free Bakery--Worth the Trip from Sacramento!Indulge Right Foods in Fresno is hands down the most incredible gluten-free bakery I've ever found. Living in Sacramento, I make it a point to stop here every time I visit family in the area. Their pastries and breads are absolute perfection--perfect texture, rich flavors, and honestly, you'd never guess they're gluten-free.On my last trip, I couldn't resist and ended up spending over $130 stocking up to take home and freeze. Now I have a stash to enjoy until my next visit to Fresno. It's just that good!The service here is always so friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. The ambiance is charming--a cute, quaint little bakery that feels upscale and trendy without being pretentious. It's the perfect spot to grab a treat or stock up on goodies.What's even better is that they cater to a variety of dietary needs. Beyond gluten-free, they offer vegan, sugar-free, and dairy-free options too. I shared some of my gluten-free goodies with a friend, and he was shocked to learn they were gluten-free--they're that well made!If you're in Fresno or passing through, do yourself a favor and check this place out. It's a hidden gem that's worth every penny.

Service was friendly and the interior was clean. There was a nice selection to choose from pastries, bread, foccacia and muffins. The Chocolate Banana Walnut Muffin I purchased was yummy. Not overly sweet it was perfect. I arrived in tge store at 0915 on a Friday morning no line plenty of baked goods. Will be back again. Txs

I was super excited to learn there was a gluten-free bakery right around the corner from me. I had high hopes, but they were sadly dashed. I purchased a load of sourdough, a muffins, and everything bar, a chocolate chip cookie, and a brownie. I'm so sorry to say that the browny was not as I had hoped. It was barely sweet and a bit hard... I really didn't enjoy it. The chocolate chip cookie was actually good and I could hardly tell it was gluten-free. The everything bar didn't taste good at all (I took one bite and threw the rest away), and the blueberry muffin was bland (I ate part of the top, and threw the rest away, as well). Then I moved onto the sourdough and that was a major disappointment. It was dry, dense, and tasted "off", and with that I mean it didn't taste like sourdough at all. I understand that it's gluten-free but I've had gluten-free breads that tasted amazing and this did not deliver on that expectation. The bakery itself was super clean and quiet, and the staff was amazing and friendly. They are the reason I am giving The Bakery three stars and no other reason. Sadly, my hunt for good gluten-free goodies will continue as I move on from this place.

Fantastic!!! I am so happy this place exists! I'm a celiac with family in the Central Valley and foothills and can never find anywhere to eat when I'm in town. Stopped here early morning on the way up to Sonora from SoCal and was so pleased to see "Dedicated Facility" painted right on the front of this lovely place. The choices were so many and everything looked delicious, especially the sourdough loaves. I went with a cinnamon roll for breakfast and was super impressed-definitely one of the best gf cinnamon rolls I've ever had. The coffee was also tasty. The inside was immaculate and I definitely would have dined in had I had time to. I was also informed that they have a cafe as well with hot food so that's definitely something I'll try next time I pass through. I will definitely be back.

Omg I am convinced that this is the best gluten-free bakery I've ever been to and I travel a LOT.After being diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2021, I've had so many mediocre baked goods at gluten-free places that had owners who either weren't foodies before they were diagnosed or they've been gluten-free so long they've forgotten how the real thing tastes. I ordered:$6 cheese and mushroom focaccia. $6 pecan sticky bun.$10 1 lb sourdough loaf$8 passion fruit and meringue tartEverything was incredible and filling. I am so glad to not have another horrible cauliflower crust pizza, the focaccia was just so good despite being served cool. I have a flight to catch but I'd like to stop by and see if I can stock up some more breads to take home. I have a feeling that I'll be flying up to Fresno from Vegas often to stock up on gluten-free foods. If you want gluten-free pastries that taste indistinguishable from gluten desserts and rustic loaves of gluten-free breads, eat here.

In Santa Rosa, I went to a French bakery and experienced for the FIRST time, the most luscious dessert of my life.That was last year and it was the dessert of my dreams since. . . because, how often am I going to drive 5 hours to get there?So here I was, 'Yelping' around LOCAL bakeries and was stopped cold in my scrollings. . . OH-MY-WORD. Could it POSSIBLY be?!! Three words; Passion. Fruit. Tart. NOOOOOO-WAY! Well, WAAAAAAY! Just LOOK at the pics! No soy, dairy, gluten, sugar, or artificial NOTHIN! Yet, my coveted Passion Fruit Tart of my dreams tasted EXACTLY like the one from the 'traditional' (as in gluten etc.) French bakery in Santa Rosa. Without the junk. Is this NIRVANA? If there was such a place, this is what it would taste like. But it's more like Heaven, because there's nothing bad there. It's ALL good! I would give them five stars just for THAT accomplishment alone! Don't believe me? Fight me bro! However there's even more goodies! Oh. . .The Cinnamon Crumb Cake. Soooo moist. No gluten. Amazing.You should recognize the manager Almeida, as she owned and operated the four 'Le Parisien Cafes' in town. She was born in Portugal, raised in France and speaks both languages. If you can't find something in here that you like. . .don't be psycho.

My review was based purely off the fact that I worked there. Make your own decision. Just like with most places, some things may be worth it, while others are not.

Quick update - wife is still beyond happy. We got her bday cake here. I missed the closing hours over the weekend and was so relieved when they had so many options available on the morning day of. They put a little happy birthday sign on for me, and of course I had to grab some sourdough for the wife to try. She loved it and ate the whole (small) loaf herself. My mother-in-law was obsessed with the cake and kept a large portion for herself. The chocolate ganache was an amazing balance of richness and sweetness. So many cakes make you feel sick after eating them from the sweetness, but this one was satisfying and perfectly tasty. Yum!Super friendly and helpful staff. We're so happy to have GF goodies in our area. See you again soon!

Awesome service. Carrot cake cupcakes not gorgeous and probably the most delish of their offerings.

So many options so many beautiful pastries and breads. Love the GF and vegan options. The owner was so friendly, informative and funny! Honestly the worst part was making a decision and not spending too much money! I wanted everything. Clean and cute spot.
