I was referred to Jeff by one of my members from church back in 2009. The economy was in a dump, I was going through a divorce, and was facing foreclosure. Jeff and the team at Realty Blue not only helped get my house on the market, they took the time to help me understand each and every option available to me including the loan modification process through makinghomesaffordable.gov. My situation had me crashing back and forth between foreclosure and short selling before I got too far under water. Fast forward two years later and here I am trying to wrap up my loan modification for the 2nd mortgage, the first one finalized last year. Keep in mind that the loan modification process yields no revenue for Jeff and his team. YET they never left my side and helped me each and every step of the way REGARDLESS. This is unheard of in today's world. I have never, and I mean NEVER found a group of professionals with that level of integrity and willingness to help putting the customer first irregardless of what the outcome meant for them. This is more than a job to these folks. They truly treat this as a ministry to help those who may not be able to help themselves. I have an indescribable level of respect for them. If you only knew how critical and leery I am of "business people", you would understand how huge of a blessing they have been.
