Tary Boscolo's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant

My family and I were watching Chef's Table Noodles on Netflix which made us crave Italian pasta like never before. Tary's has consistently come thru for us when he crave Italian food and pasta. Their food always tastes fresh, authentic, and unique compared to other places. I don't know of a better take-out dinner option in Atwater. Everyone eats and is happpy on a Tary's Night. This place is a gem!!We're vegetarian and there's not too many places that can satisfy us the way Tary's does.

Everything about Tary's is 5 stars in my opinion. My family has been going there for many, many years now. You couldn't get better Italian food/pizza anywhere else & the fried ravioli are my ALL TIME FAVS!!!

We arrived to an almost empty front room. We were told to sit anywhere. We sat down at the table we chose. a few minutes later, we were approached by a server who told us we needed to move. We did. Over 5 minutes later I went and asked for menus. I was told that they were really busy. Another group came in and sat were we originally sat. About 2 minutes later the server brought the other table menus and took their drink order. We left.This place has really gone downhill.

We came in for an early dinner and the waitress told us to sit anywhere. we sat at a table for six because we wanted to have room. 4 minutes later another waitress came up and said that table was reserved for 5 or more and we were a party of four. we moved. my wife walked up to the hostess at the register and asked for menus. she said we are quite busy. A group of six came in and sat at the table we originally sat. about two minutes later the waitress came up to their table and gave them menus and asked what drinks they wanted. We left. this place is run by young children and have no concept of how to greet or serve a customer. never going back!

I only tried the pizza ordered over the phone and it was easy to order . Picked up the pizza when it was ready 30mins later . There was a lot of parking available outside. I walked inside and noticed it was very warm inside .I've wanted to dine in for their Italian pastas one day but , not in that too warm of a restaurant not sure if they had AC in there . I paid a decent price for the pizza and picked up the box to go and it was super light . Then I knew it wasn't going to be great .Got home and tried the pizza , the pizza is very thin not much sauce and the toppings were not very flavorful. The pizza isn't filling for the price , looking forward to trying the pasta one day .

The most amazing pizza ever. I have also had their pasta and it's really really great.

A local favorite. Mom and Pop pizza place. Cool old building with indoor and outdoor seating and a bar. The pizza is great! It's the knife and fork type of pizza for me. We always get a couple of garlic bread baskets, a classic pepperoni and a combo. If my mom is joining us we better get the pepperoni and pineapple too. Yeah it's a little weird sounding but it's actually pretty good. The service is great. The whole experience is a throwback to the good old days. Pop is the back slinging pizzas, Mom working the register and the kids bringing out the food and drinks. I love it! Delicious food, fantastic service, Awesome times!

This place in a complete joke. I called in an order for a large super dominico with no onion and a salad with a large ranch. I arrived 15 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. Nobody could find my order because they wrote the wrong name on the box. A lady asked if I ordered a pizza with no bell pepper, I said no! I wanted no onion. I then see them carrying a boxed pizza behind the oven with a plate of bell peppers. They then bring that box to me. They gave me a pizza with onions that were picking off, and tossed on some green peppers. The salad was in a 8 oz cup and the ranch was in a 1 oz container. This place used to be great, but its a complete joke now. You just lost a 25 year customer.

Ordered over the phone for takeout and the whole process went smoothly and the food was delicious as always.

It was awful! Sandwich came with cheese, which I didn't want, and waitress said she would get another sandwich without cheese, which made my day. However, she abruptly came back with the sandwich that had cheese and said the manager told her cheese was listed in the ingredients and they wouldn't re-do the sandwich. So I took it with me and threw it out at home, and will not go back, thank you very much!
