I've been eating here pretty much since they opened. I've always loved their food and been very satisfied with their service. So this review is based solely on my experience today. The food wasn't as close to the quality as it has been in the past. The beans were over salted and the quesabirilla tacos I ordered lacked flavor all together. The girl at the counter provided excellent service but the cook seemed as if she didn't want to be there at all and looked at the girl in annoyance when she pointed out a mistake she made on my order. It wasn't their usual staff today so maybe that was part of the issue with the food I don't know ‍I'd definitely give them another chance based on my past experiences but I'll probably wait to see if the normal staff is there.

Love coming here on Fridays tacos on sale and the salsa they have is spicy never disappoints

Updated!!! The old review is below. It was prior to COVID-19. This place has had a major change and is my favorite taqueria. The new staff is nicer and the food is so good. Their chilie is hot! Be warned. Lol. They offer American plates too now like burgers and hot dogs for the kids. The salsa is always fresh. The burritos and burgers are huge.Old review:We used to really like this place. Now the service is horrible, the food is just okay and the prices have gone up. I'll explain why I'm only giving them 1 star overall. On my last visit the left out my babies beans & rice. I didn't see that until we got home. When I called the worker had to let me know 3 times "she put it in the bag". We had a large order, it was not in the bag. She then had to tell another worker she put it in the bag. We just needed what we paid for! They finally said we could go pick it up. This was the 2nd time they've left food off our order but the 1st time a worker was so "bothered" by us calling them about it we just let it go. Second issue is we paid extra for guacamole that was not in the burritos. The chips were very stale. Sadly we will not be coming back. They need to learn customer service. This place take me back . It's been years since my husband and I had their mega burrito. 9 years ago to be exact when we had our son it was very satisfying. The wouldn't get the chips and salsa again thou the salsa didn't do it for me and the chips were super salty and burnt . Or the tacos weren't that great but the burrito was delicious

I use to come to this place many years ago when i worked in Tulare. Now that I live in Tulare I am trying to rediscover all the places I use to frequent. Today I went by on a recommendation from my co-worker. He said to try the Tacos Dorados and I Did with carne asada. They load them up all the way to the top, perfectly fried and filled with tomatoes, lettuce, your choice of meat crema and queso mexicano seco. If you love salsa, make sure to ask for some and keep in mine it is hot. Leaves you sweatin and still yearning for more.As I write this review the feeling in my mouth is finally returning back to normal. LOL

Bought tacos last night around 7 pm and was really disappointed with everything. Haven't been here in months and wanted to give it a shot again. The salsa has always been my favorite. Three tacos for 8.00$, tortillas were hard and stale. The meat was all gristle. Asked for salsa. No salsa was given. The cashier was unpleasant and unprofessional. Would not recommend to make a stop here.

The best! Their asada isn't dry neither. Everything seems fresh and cooked good! I go here almostEvery week

This restaurant my not be in the best shape but if you want some awesome food then you need to come and give this place a try. Do judge a book by its cover. You won't regret it. They have some great costumer service and they try to get to know their customers on a more personal level. The food is great and they don't over charge you.

The service is great. The food is amazing. Shrimp tacos are delicious, super torta is my favorite. Everything from tostadas to tacos. The salsa is super spicy but delicious. Highly recommend.

Super hole in the wall spot I found nearby my hotel, the lady at the register was super patient and extremely helpful with details about certain dishes, as well as her own personal recommendations. Their hot sauce may be a little spicy for some people, but other than that, there are no complaints about the food. It is top tier, everything was seasoned well, cooked to perfection, all the flavors worked super well together.
