Very good hole-in-the-wall kind of place. Chile Verde wasn't bad, and the quesadilla with pretty yummy for the kids.Place is in front of an RV park. This place is quite popular with locals and visitors alike, and friendly service.

I hadn't been here in a while. Now its under new ownership.The place has no ac in it so beware. The staff is nice and cordial. The food is full of flavor and freshly made. The salsa has a nice kick in it. So if you can't handle spicy, not sure what to tell you. I will be back for sure.

Such a good spot! Fantastic quesabirria parked outside and it seemed sketch but as soon as you walk in you're greeted by a wonderful smoked meat scent. Everyone was so happy with their food - everything came out hot and all the salsas were cold and fresh. The guy working here was really nice. Asada was good but honestly just order everything with birria!

Super cute little Mexican restaurant across from true Fairgrounds that has some amazing and authentic Mexican cuisine. I went with the Quesabirrias and they were perfect. Just the right amount of meat and cheese and the consommé was spot on, I look forward to trying more of their food in the near future!

I don't normal eat out during the week. It gets so expensive! But being that I was going to be out in the field for work, I didn't bother packing a lunch. When I do eat out I like trying small family businesses. I called in my order. Gentlemen who took my order was nice. Drove up and I recalled driving through the area several times! But I guess I never noticed the restaurant. It's small, stands out from the street. Bright yellow building. When I entered it was very clean. I was immediately greeted. My order wasn't ready but I did show up early. I ordered quesobirras. And wow these did not disappoint. So tasty! Every bite had so much flavor! The salsas are very good. This place won't disappoint!

Victor was really nice and friendly. Food was super good and so is the horchata. They got some music going on to go with the whole place. Coke check this place out if you like Birria tacos, I came back for days once I found this place. Unfortunately I'm not a local so I will be missing out until I come back to Tulare or nearby areas. Worth a stop if you're passing through on the 99.

Great authentic food. It's a true local restaurant and they are great. Even authentic music and true diner atmosphere with five booths.

Dopest taco spot I've been too in awhile. Ordered asada and pollo taco both were fire. This may be the best taco's I've ever had. Little hole in the walls never disappoints!!!Food came out fresh off the grill service was dope overall great restaurant!

As someone who grew up eating Mexican food, this is one of the few places in Tulare that can make authentic Mexican food. The Wet Burrito is spicy which is a good thing as Mexican food SHOULD be spicy. The employees state the salsas are homemade, which is most likely true as it doesn't taste canned.The service is good, took about 10-20 minutes for 2 burritos and 4 tacos (They were also making delivery orders.) The employee/s were friendly and didn't come off as rude. (Unlike other places with lethargic employees) The ambience is alright and something you'd expect from a restaurant with not much traffic. (It feels like a Mexican home if it were turned into a restaurant.)

Bad service didn't get my food on time. Other people were ordering after me and they got their food before me. Other people ordered and never got their food which is sad.
