Business:The staff is sweet and accommodating. When we couldn't decide between asada fries and asada nachos, they happily made a half-and-half order for us, even though it was a special request. They provided all the sauces and aromatics, and everything was sanitary and orderly. Service was fast and convenient.Food:I had two asada tacos and one carnitas taco. The asada tacos were decent but not extraordinary. The carnitas taco was juicy, savory, and delicious. The asada fries/nachos were the highlight, packed with meat, tasty chips, and soft fries. Despite lacking guacamole, they were still savory and satisfying, with generous portions leaving us with leftovers. I loved the peppers and grilled onions, which added a delightful crunch and flavor.Overall:The staff was super nice and accommodating, and the business had good lighting and a safe atmosphere even at night. It's clearly a neighborhood favorite, and I can see why.Recommendation:Get the asada fries for two people; it's enough for a meal with potential leftovers. The carnitas tacos are a must-try!

My husband and I have been coming here since we first started dating. The food is so delicious and they provide toppings along their truck that is self serve. Salsas are all homemade and fresh! Staff is friendly and bilingual! Seating includes plastic chairs and tables, but the energy is fun as families and couples are also grabbing a late night dinner. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. My favorite meat is their asada! Definitely will continue to support the small business!!

Everything is so good and hot! The salsa is fire too, service is always quick! Real ones know this spot.

We decided to give them a try. We got home and ate some of the rice and noticed a distinct rotting smell. I have rotting rice in my burrito as well. This food truck is a health hazard. Zero stars, if I could. Stay away unless you like rotting food.

Hate to give local business a bad review.. but honesty is the best policy.. So I came here, ordered 5 asada tacos and asada burrito.. the wait time isn't really bad, average compared to other taco trucks around town.. now let's fast forward.. the guy ahead of me got his order and just like most taco trucks, he started putting the toppings on.. but right before he was done, he dropped the rings on the dirt lot.. to his credit, he handed the rings to the worker and notified them that it had fallen on the dirt.. the worker said "okay" and put it down.. about 2 minutes later I got my food and started putting on the toppings, the cook I assume, handed me the tongs.. I took a look at it(it was getting dark) and glad I did because he just handed me the same rings that fell on the dirt.. THIS IS POOR FOOD SAFETY PRACTICE!! Sorry if I sound judgmental here.. but they look young,inexperienced and LAZY!!! Come on, get it together... they could of easily wash the tongs as soon as it was handed to them, it would of took no more than a minute to do.. needless to say, I'm afraid to eat here again.. I don't wanna comment on food because after my experience, I'm pretty sure I lost my appetite and the food didn't taste like it probably should..

Employees were not wearing any mask, there were no social distance guidelines around meaning no one was following social distance ....

I just had for a saw the tacos at their truck on Blackstone in polar why does my I saw that taste a little funny like it's spoiled baby I thought this place was supposed to be good there is no biggie about this place

I'm not sure what was going on with the reviews from 2-4 years ago but this is my favorite taco shop in Fresno! Everything is always hot and fresh, and they have so many options for toppings. It's ALWAYS packed, don't let these past few reviews fool you

Worst tacos in the city the tacos were very greasy! I can't believe they let people server tacos like that. They take more than usual to make a simple order! The meat was very dry and did not have enough seasoning! Please save your self a couple of bucks and don't buy from them and very rude. My friend said they watched them scratch there private area and handle money very unprofessional in my opinion!

After getting home from ordering 2 asada tacos, I find a living maggot crawling on my plate. Yuck! Just knowing I almost could've at a whole maggot makes sick. I was fortunate to spot it before hand and I had to throw my whole plate away.
