Tacos y Mariscos Michoacan

Their food is SO GOOD. We hired them to cater our wedding and everyone said those were some of the best tacos they've ever had. The people working the truck are so nice and we're willing to work with us even with our limited Spanish. TRY THEIR FOOD!

This place is delicious! They had a lot of seafood varieties, but I just wanted to try their tacos. I ordered 7 carne asada tacos for around $16. The salsa was spicy, but not burn your face off spicy, just flavorful heat. The tacos are served with a side of lemon, radish, carrot, cucumber, jalapeno and grilled onions. The taco truck is parked near the Sinclair gas station. They have a couple chairs to sit on the side of the truck, but it mostly looks like a take out taco truck.

Arrived 45 mins before closing. The lady who took our order was nice. My husband and I ordered 3 asada tacos, 2 tripas and an asada torta. Waited about 10mins for our order. The flavors of the meat were spot on. The tripas was crunchy just the way I like it. We asked for chilis on the side which they provided. Their salsa had good flavor and was spicy. They do charge .50cents for extra salsa. My only complaint would be the tortillas. Parts of it was really hard and the parts that weren't it was just so soggy my meat kept falling of the tortilla making it alittle frustrating to eat. My husband enjoyed his torta. Overall we were happy to finally try this taco truck that we always seem to pass by.

They start serving guests at 5:30 pm. Open Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday). Located on Willow Plaza parking lot, next to the Sinclair gas station on the corner of Shaw and Willow Avenues (heading east), directly in front of Smart & Final. Finally! A legit taco truck in Clovis! And right now, the only taco joint in town I will go back to.

Best tacos I've ever had! I come here at least once a week...no taco matches the quality of these, fish tacos are a MUST have!!!

This taco truck has the best tacos in Clovis. Period! Fairly priced and did I mention that their Buche Burrito is to die for! I've been here a handful of times and I will keep updating the review as I try more items from their menu. I'm an asada person so I'm kind of basic when it comes to reviewing this as I tend to order the same thing. But I have tried Al pastor, Buche, and the carnitas and I do recommend those meats.

The Emperador mexican sushi was absolutely delicious! The fish tacos were not my thing. Fish tacos in my experience have fried breaded pieces of fish. Their fish taco had tiny cubes of fish that were not crispy but soft. After a couple of bites to try it, that was it. I will definitely go back for Emperador sushi but not the fish tacos.

This place definitely has the best tacos that I have in Fresno!! Definitely reminds me of the taco trucks my husband and I are used to from the Bay and San Diego. We got two of every taco available and a burrito. It was all delicious. The owner is a nice talkative woman, we came close to when they were shutting down and she let us know she gets her meat fresh everyday and that she recommends to come get seafood around the time they open. We will definitely be back!
