This place sucks. Went to Riverpark tonight and they take 30 mins to make one chicken taco and then put super hot sauce on It. The guy says you didn't say anything well you didn't ask. I ask for another taco she says we are out of chicken and hands me my money instead of making it right for the customer. Another person told me they messed up her whole order as well she gave it back to them. My daughter said her quasdillo wasn't even that good. I will never ever go to this place again when I see them at pop ups. They go to the college to my daughter said. Do not recommend!!Prices are ridiculous for one small taco shell with a tiny bit of chicken that was on it was like 5$. I'm glad I didn't eat it. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

Anytime I see a cluster of food trucks I'm heading towards the taco truck. That being said, Tacos Sinaloa has pretty good food! Our order took a while to get out, but we were one of the first customers so I assume they were still setting up. The prices on the menu aren't accurate; you can see that they're crossed out old prices in sharpie but the correct price isn't clarified. Our total for a burrito, quesadilla, and horchata ($6) came out to $37 so I'm assuming each food item was roughly $14 each. When getting our drink, we were given a lot of ice. However, we asked if we could do light ice and they were happy to oblige. My boyfriend said both the burrito & red sauce were one of his new favorites! I also really enjoyed my quesadilla and we both agreed the horchata was good as well. I think portions were okay for the price (I posted photos of my quesadilla but forgot to picture the burrito) but the taste made it worth it. I would give this place another try!

It was okay. I expected a lot more for $20.62 (guy said $18 but $20.62 was charged to my card without warning). I bought a quesadilla de al pastor & agua de piña. The agua de piña had no ice - not a huge deal since weather was on the chillier side today but they could have warned me - I mean, drinks typically have ice, no? The quesadilla was very thin! Looks like they use a shredded cheese blend/mix, a thin layer of it at that and just threw some meat on it. I was expecting some cilantro and onions at least? And definitely more cheese - I mean, it IS a "quesadilla". I probably would have been happier with some tacos but considering how my quesadilla experience went, I wouldn't take the risk at this place. I definitely should have looked up the reviews before ordering. As another reviewer mentioned, they don't list their prices. They colored over the prices with a black marker and didn't bother to list updated ones. I honestly wasn't expecting the $18 (that turned into $20) charge but figured the food must match the price. Upset to find out that it definitely did not. After I had already ordered, someone was walking back up to the truck with their food. Another reviewer mentioned that they get orders wrong - something else to keep in mind. When I was handed my order the guy said "tacos" and I said, "quesadilla?" to which he replied "oh, yeah, quesadilla". Another red flag I should have paid attention to.
