Tacos Ensenada

I will NEVER EVER come here again! Sad thing I was here a couple of days ago & I usually never have any issue. So today 1.26 I order 2 servings of Menudo & 1 serving of albondigas. The Albondigas came out great but LITERALLY there was no hominy in one of the Menudo servings then the other one had barely any!! Let's not forget that it's cold and raining and I live on the opposite side of Visalia so obviously when I get home I'm upset! So I call and I tell them that I'm mad because there's nothing but meat & the cook is pretty much calling me a liar ( who happens to be the manger Chelle or something like that) Mind you I spent 65.37 on this order. So yes I am upset. So the manger who is also the cook tells me to bring the food and I do. Then she tells me OH NO you added something to this. Yeah I added Oil Chile and Lemon the way I usually eat my Menudo! So I'm there arguing with her because she's pretty much calling me a liar! Mind you there is no reason to lie! I bought this food because I was craving it and I wanted to eat! Now I'm dealing with her BS. Then she tells me well I'm only going to give you half of your refund and I was mad and said no let me talk to your boss..She calls her boss in the back of the kitchen and tells me that her BOSS said for me not to get the full refund. Then again, I said let me talk to your boss. She then proceeds to tell me that her boss is in Mexico... Umm, why is that relevant to this? You obviously called him so now he's not available because he's in Mexico? Long story straight I asked if they could just put HOMINY in the Menudo because I'm hungry, it's late, cold and raining!!! At this point I can give a damn about the refund...Never ever will I step foot in the place ever again! The cashier was a sweetheart tho. She was a younger girl who acted more mature than her boss... I feel bad that she has to deal with a manager like that. If I could Id give this place ZERO stars.This was the one on Mooney

worst experience here today!!! cook tried to say i was lying about meat being in my chilaquiles.... i'm vegetarian and received two orders of the classic chilaquiles today (i've ordered from here many times before and this has never happened) and they had MEAT in them!!! one order was full of meat, the other had remnants but still pieces of shredded mystery meat. the boss would not get on the phone with me when asked, and was forcing whoever worked the register to relay messages, i will say whoever was speaking with me was very calm and did a good job handling the situation while the cook was clearly saying i was lying and she didn't put meat in either order of chilaquiles. disgusting!!!!

Menudo was watered down and so flavorless.. agua de pina tasted fake.. lady( worker) was at the counter looking out at customers while chewing and dogging me ,while I was eating.. very un professional Leaving 1 star cause it was very clean

Flautas were soggy and burrito had no flavor , not even wrapped correctly more like a tortilla filled with crap and flipped upside down Salsa was watered down guess they needed to make it last the whole night

Came here on Labor Day 30min before closing and the tacos were bomb! The cashier was really nice. Best tacos on Akers and a nice outside area to sit at

Disappointed. The girl taking the order still couldn't get the order correct for 4 people after repeating 3 times, we just gave up. I asked for forks and she insisted they're there. There were only plastic to go ones, THEN she states 'oh you mean you want silverware?' That was odd. The water at the fountain is not regular water, it's carbonated water. Our meals did not come out at the same time, the menu says tacos as in more than one but one order only came with one taco... why didn't she ask how many? And they don't wrap the burrito properly so they just fall apart. This was a Thursday at 530pm. The employees were not interested in being there.

I was surprised to find good Mexican food in a nice area. I've been there several times and I'm never disappointed. It's a little pricey but I don't feel like I'm being ripped off except when I pay for a soda it's like 4 dollars geez, it's a good thing I could just buy a drink from the gas station store it's attached to.

I just love coming here. The service is fast and excellent. Isaiah goes out of his way to provide us with changes in our order, any way we want. And he does it with such a big smile and a big heart. For the ambiance, this is not a sit down restaurant. It is similar to a fast-food joint. You go up to the counter and order your food. Then you go back and get your food at the counter when it's ready. The food is so fresh!!!! It's so good. I've come here at least 6 times, and each time it was fresh and fantastic. They do not use poblano for the chili-relleno, they use fried and peeled green pepper and stuff it. It turned out so soft and delicious, oh my! Even the owner came and chatted with us. I respect everyone who works here. Highly recommend their food!!!

Best breakfast burritos in entire Central Valley. It took me years to find a good breakfast burrito since moving here.

Extremely poor service and disorganized. Have been waiting 20 minutes for a simple seafood cocktail. Register person kept me waiting 5 minutes b4 acknowledging me at cash register.Avoid at all costs.
