Tacos Boys

You guys are missing out if you haven't tried their birria tacos yet!I came twice in one week because I couldn't help but to give in to my cravings. Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it!Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. But they are in the same area. Right across from Saizon and Ampersand. Also! They only open Friday-Sunday! So, schedule and come accordingly!!(This is a taco truck! So it is outside!)

Ugh what a disappointment. We got the 3 taco plate and steak quesadilla. The tacos were lacking so much flavor. The steak tasted like old ground up bits of jerky out of the gas station bag. The rice and beans were actually the best part... next the quesadilla was massive and really cheesy BUT again with the meat, it ruined it. Out of so many food trucks, this one isn't it..

Went on a Saturday around 11:30 a.m. They were busy with a school bus of kids eating lunch. However, even though they were slammed, they were still able to get out our food in time. I order a carne Asada burrito, chicken, quesadilla, and a Carne Asada torta. Food was fresh and hot and also very good. The torta was the star of the show. Me and the family will definitely be back for more.

Best tacos served in my neighborhood and good cost. I get their taco plate of 3 tacos with rice n beans for $10.

Honestly I was expecting this place to be way better. I came here late after school one evening and grabbed a few tacos and churros to go. I got the adobada and asada. The tacos are only $1.50 so it wasn't a complete waste. They have al the toppings out where you can add them on yourself. The mild green salsa wasn't spicy at all and the red was way too spicy that you couldn't enjoy it. The meat was chopped up into really small pieces. The tacos were small and didn't have much meat on them. After eating mine I still felt hungry. The churros on the other hand were amazing. Fresh and crispy. Definitely worth the $2.

Great food good prices first time here but will definitely be back. I got the combination plate $9 you get 3 tacos beans and rice. So good. I'm hooked.

This review is strictly for their lengua tacos! This is my absolute FAVORITE spot for LENGUA tacos! Most places I have tried, the lengua has little to no flavor. I don't know how these guys season/cook theirs, but it is consistently delicious.The lengua is always tender and has never been chewy/stringy or anything else bad. Also, the people that own/run the truck have always been great and I have never had a bad experience with their service.

I purchased a carne asada taco combo plate for $11.75, which considering the scant servings of rice and beans, I think was too expensive, however, my daughter enjoyed the plate.

Solid, don't get the haters on here. But I've only had the chicken and carnitas. The salsa is good. Like it's a solid salsa for our area.

All of taco boys food tastes great and is very convenient. Unfortunately for me after I had one chicken and one shrimp taco I had a 4-day long food poisoning that led to severe dehydration and fever. I assume this was from the inadequate food safety taken place by the establishment.
