Tacos Azteca

Came right before 11pm on a Saturday night in the complex w Rare Earth Coffee and Boba Addict. Parked by the gas station. There was a table outside w chairs and paper towels for a quick bite. FOOD: They weren't able to make the asada fries so we opted for asada nachos instead. Nothing spectacular. We also got the ceviche tostada. BEWARE IT WAS WARM!!! Ended up giving me and my bf diarrhea that night/next morning. Is the ceviche not stored properly? Had to throw it away. Not coming backAlso online it said they closed at midnight, but after we got our food they said they were closing. So not sure if the hours aren't updated or if they just wanted to go early which I can't blame them. Definitely don't recommend the ceviche. Hopefully they fix how they store the seafood

This was my first time trying this little taco truck. I got a an asada taco and a shrimp taco. The asada taco was good. There were no pieces of fat and there was a lot of meat. The mix of red and green salsa was great. The shrimp taco was one of the best I've ever had. The chipotle sauce on it was delicious. It was a good size. The shrimp was hot and plump. There was no one else waiting when I went so the service was really fast. They were friendly. Can't wait to go again and try something else. Or maybe just get shrimp tacos again. Give it a try!

Good tacos! Little slow, but great food. Would definitely come back! Always come for the Carne Asada

BEST fish tacos in town! I am not usually a food truck type of person. I am picky about my fish or shrimp tacos and I am usually disappointed...but not this time. My daughter and my grandkids, stopped here to satisfy our craving for a fish taco and this place did not disappoint. There were lots of us and we threw orders at him left and right, but every plate came exactly as we asked. Salsa-good and spicy, fish and/or shrimp well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, not fishy. Beef Quesadillas were huge and tasty. I can't wait to order more fish tacos and next time I will add the veggie burrito. The men that took our order were very patient and friendly. The food truck and surrounding area were kept clean and tidy. We will be back for dinner!

Finally tried this little taco truck on Willow and Nees; it did not disappoint! I got two tripas tacos, one chorizo taco, and one lengua taco with all the toppings (cabbage, onion, cilantro, and a couple different salsas). The tripas was really flavorful and although they asked if I wanted them soft or crispy, I left it up to them! They came out somewhere in between and they were delicious. The texture was really good and had just a little bit of chew. The tortillas are yellow corn tortillas and a little smaller than some others I've tried, which I prefer (means more and different types of tacos!) They had a bit of a chew which I love, and they did not fall apart.The lengua was yummy and cooked really well. They were super soft and the flavor was good, but could have used a little more salt or even some more salsa on the taco. That's just a personal preference, but I will definitely order again!Chorizo was delicious. I feel like chorizo tacos aren't as popular, but I always try them if they're available. It was well seasoned and not super spicy.The salsas on the tacos were good, but I think I could have actually used more! Again, that's a personal preference. But there was just the perfect little kick of spice to jazz up my tacos.The two brothers that helped us were super nice and I am so happy to support them. They were informative about the food and all the recipes are their own! There aren't any tables outside though, so either be prepared to eat in or around your car or take it to go!

I feel like fresno has alot of taco trucks and none are really good. This is one of them. Not only that but ordered a supreme burrito and they gave me the sour cream on the side. How does that even make sense.

Excellent food! Salsa is definitely spicy on the good side. Wide variety of meats. Will definitely go back.

Disappointed no salsa , no grilled onions or serranos, and they added tomatoes to my asada burrito. Will give them another try some time in the future. I was hoping for my taco plate to have lemons and that was a nope as well.

Some of the best tacos! Seriously have some delicious and fresh tacos. I always hit em up whenever in the mood for tacos because they so delicious and always satisfied with what they serve up. I like to order in advance and always ready and warm when I pick em up. Totally recommend them. They're located in a really nice area and have a table set up, in case you wanna eat em on the spot.
