Tacolandia

Poor service all across the board and there's always one issue or another. Last time it was that they had no cups for drinks and they were urging people to go to the liquor store to buy cups for it. Like? And I guess that would be fine if the food was worth it but this place is disgusting. Especially if you eat in the makeshift dining area, its full of flies. Food is lacking flavour, fatty, greasy, gross. Pass.

My brother in law suggested this place for tacos! It is a permanently placed taco truck and has plenty of options for outdoor seating under a covered patio. The prices are pretty good too! $2 for a taco, $7.50 for a quesadilla or torta. We have not yet tried the tortas or quesadillas, but we were admiring the prices! Seating includes wooden bench tables, and wooden bar top style seating. Only weird thing about the seating is that to line up and order your food, you are in between the tables. So while there are plenty of seating options, you might also find yourself right next to those waiting to order or for their order.Customer Service was pretty standard, nothing too exciting and nothing horrible either. I will say that on this particular day they were out of large lids, so she asked us if we wanted a Large drink without the lid or if we wanted 2 smalls with lids. I appreciated having the choice to have lids, since we were taking our order to-go. The speed of service was impressive, especially after we ordered 10 tacos and with three different carnes. So this is great if you are in a hurry. The tacos themselves were pretty average to me. If you order them as is, they come with onions and cilantro on top, and a couple of slices of radishes and lemons on the plate. I did LOVE their chorizo tacos, and my husband liked the asada and tripas tacos that he got. He said their tripas were crunchy, but he didn't rave about them. I'll be honest that after my brother in laws suggestion, I was expecting more from the asada tacos, but they were just pretty standard in my book. I did like the green salsa, which has a molcajete style vibe to it. It needed some more salt, but that was an easy fix. The red salsa was spicier but I didn't enjoy the flavor as much as the green. I would get them again, for the simple convenience of they have this "permanent" location for their truck.

Service was rude there was a young girl working as a cashier. My daughter and I were walking up to order from there. She started yelling "A A A girl" gesturing with her hands going across her neck that they were closed, shaking her head no. Instead of commonly telling me that their establishment was closed for the night. I think she needs to be taught customer Service. I just found that rude! And living around the corner from this place is convenient for me. But I'd rather drive on the other side of town where they're probably much nicer and probably way better tacos.

Pretty decent tacos and with inflation, I think they are priced reasonably. I do enjoy their tacos and always go for their pizza quesadilla. The best!

I haven't been here in about a year and this place has definitely gone down hill! The guy who hands you your order is rude and the tacos are TINY! Two bites and your done. I tried the cup in a corn and there was no taste to it!

Tacos were good, I got asada, and chorizo. Definitely coming back to try other stuff.

Used to stop for lunch here more often than not. Love the meal plate. Food is always great. People are great. If they had consommé, even better. It is only outdoor seating.

Two times we've been here at night where a young girl is opening drinking buzzballs and always has something like "the grill is off" or "we're only taking cash" and is hesitant to take orders. First time we complained, it was understood and acknowledged, for it to happen a second time is ridiculous. It's sad because it's really good. ONLY go when it's at the cherry auction or the young girl isn't working.

Best bang for your buck but customer service suck! Young Lady that takes orders talks to you like you're nothing, definitely needs to improve her attitude. And I don't know why they have the Surf n Turf on the menu when they NEVER have it every time I ask for it.

I went to this truck last week there is a board outside that advertises torta fries and soda 10 dollars. I ordered, and the guy says we have no fries ok fine next time because i really wanted fries .I return today (4/22) because now i want torta and 10 dollars is a deal. I see the board and again ask for torta and frise special. The lady tells me they out of torta bread. I say i came last week you all were out of fries. Her reply was we are out of alot of things, and we still don't have fries. Her reply was as if i was bothering her asking for what was on the menu.Sorry to have bothered you Tacolandia. I would encourage anyone who dont want attitude and wants whats advertised go somewhere else.
