The staff is friendly and does a fairly good job. When there's a mistake they'll correct it. I ordered the dipper burritos today to try them(Steak) and it was the smallest burritos I've ever had in my life. Like 3 bites a piece and it was done. Super unfulfilling and expensive. Most of the time I get bean burritos but thought I'd try something new and it was not worth it at all.

Oh why did we go back and try something again? Lol. The hubby saw a commercial for a $7 Lux box and thought it looked good. I forgot they don't have Dr Pepper anymore, so I ordered a Cherry Pepsi. It was ok. The box had a chalupa which I would have liked if it had been beef instead of chicken. The chips and nacho sauce were good. There was a five layer (I think) burrito) that was pretty blah. Then there was this orange shelled taco that was so salty on the outside, I couldn't eat that. In the pictures it looked like the orange shell was supposed to have a flour tortilla covering it, but it wasn't included. The girl who helped us was nice and friendly. We went through the drive thru which was pretty quick.

Yeah, OK, it's Taco Bell... no one expects much from it except cheap and fast food. However, this location has a multitude of things wrong with it.1) You can only order and pay at a kiosk if you go inside. 2) They do not have any napkins out, nor do they put them in the bag of food they hand you. You end up having to go back up to ask for napkins. 3) The small cup tops were not in stock so again, we had to go up and get someone's attention to ask for a small cup top. 4) The food was meh. Just above what I'd consider to be just... edible, not necessarily anything enjoyable enough to warrant paying for it. 5) The worst offense at this place - the cleanliness, which it is not. It's a grimy place. The tables hadn't been wiped down after other customers ate at them. The floor near the fountain drinks was super slippery - not safe at all. I had new sneakers on and yet still felt unstable. The woman's bathroom smelled horrible - I held my breath as much as possible. ***One stall did NOT have a working inside handle + did not lock & The toilet paper was balanced on the top of the holder. It fell off onto the floor after I tried to set it back on there after using it. Yuck! *** The seat on the toilet was loose so it moved around- another yuck. The grime on the floor was thick and black on the grout between the tiles. Around the drain on the floor was the worst - Loose long women's hair on top of other gross unknown stuff. Just ew. Not what you want to see or smell at a place you are eating at. Corporate and/or the health department needs to do an inspection here. If this is what the customers see in the lobby and bathroom, I fear what the back of the house (kitchen and cold storage) looks like.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! Worse service ever and I know it's a taco bell but like come on. Having to repeat my order 3 times for them to just mess it up and having the food look like they stomped on it is so frustrating and disrespectful! Absolutely never coming back! Hopefully this helps someone before coming to this place

Ordered on the ap yesterday- tbh I wanted 'pop yes' (Popeyes) but their ap is garbage so I opted for Taco Bell. Taco Bells ap is so easy to use, placed my order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival I was greeted with courtesy and told my order was almost done. Staff was soooo very nice and polite and the food was Great!! My order was correct and again- the food was very good! I guess that $20 hr wage increase made a difference! Ha ha ha

My name is Andrew Cortez I recently got hired and sent an offer letter and I accepted the offer. I went on my start date which I'll attach to this review they told me I can't start and had to reapply for another position to which I did and never got a letter. I had to do another interview. I have videos as well me going in to work and then denying me I never got terminated from this position or quit I really feel discriminated against and more the humiliation I felt I think I had a job so now I'm assed out of a job. video will be in attachment . Please do not take this review down I'm going forward with attorneys and EEOC OF FRESNO, California I have the experience needed and I have qualifing work history. One manager hired me then the general manager seen how I looked and automatically had me do another application and interview and now I'm denied that position. The manager was not responding or giving me proper intel about the process. I will be contacting corporate representatives tomorrow thank you in this matter.

Honestly I guess it depends on the employees working. Some don't care about your food. Get your order wrong, little amount of food, soggy stale fries.

I have ordered from this location MANY TIMES. I ordered food for my man and for myself and in my order I asked for no lettuce as I am allergic, highly. I got an allergic reaction right away. I looked at my food and there was lettuce on all three. They also made me pay for extra meat and extra cheese yet they gave me no extra meat or cheese. My throat swelled right away and I'm super itchy and have nothing to eat yet they have $31. Smh.

Great fast service every time I go so far! Today was amazing customer service and had a quick conversation with the person at the window. I wasn't sure about using my lunch time here considering the low rating but it may be unwarranted from last few visits. Just wanted to share my experience so people don't skip getting their Taco Bell fix from this location. My order was through the app for the my cravings box drive thru pickup
