If I could give zero starts I would, just left the drive thru and Jonathan was extremely rude. Mocked my voice and when asked who took the order through the drive thru just left and laughed for a minute with the rest of his staff. Obviously didn't give a fuck he was rude and whoever the manager was at the time didn't give a fuck as well. Whoever is in charge of the hiring seriously need to consider who the have staffed because honestly by far the worst customer experience ever.

Smh dont get fresh or hot good. Waiting a good ten minutes in drive thru to get our order taken. Ask fir extra cheese. Wasn't any extra put on it. I frequent this taco bell cause its close. But they always messin orders up. Or giving you stale chips and cold food. If someone is paying for extra stuff. Put extra stuff on their items. Do better make the food like you make fir yourselves when yall go on break.

Gosh, where do I start? When we got there, we waited for about 15 minutes (without being acknowledged) and it wasn't until someone got to the register, did the employees tell us to use the kiosks because their registers were down. They're unorganized, their fountain drink machine did not have any syrups, and their tables were a mess. Some guy had to use the restroom and he kept asking for the key, but he wasn't being acknowledged either.We thought that it was maybe because they were busy in the drive-thru, but when we looked, they didn't have any cars waiting for order.We did get our food pretty quick after we placed the order.. but they forgot to put the sauces in.. Not a good experience.
