My order was completely wrong and the taco Shells are extremely stale. Look at the photos and you'll see the cheesy gordita crunch has no cheese holding the gordita together. Had beans instead of meat on both boxes when it was only one box that subbed meat for beans.. the super stale taco shell made it hard to chew.

You removed customer service. No one available to take your order with plenty of people working. Thrown to an app or kiosk. A bag sits in the warmer with no tag on it. I stand by counter and no employee acknowledges you. Bring back customer service and you'll bring back customers. It's Friday night at 7pm and you have three customers in the store. Something you are doing isn't working. Friday nights five years ago had several families here. Fix it. Bring back in person orders with humans.

Drive-thru taken. Long line. Moved at a medium pace. The worker was very kind! I ordered a chicken power bowl with extra hot sauce. I was also asked if I wanted to round it up to benefit their scholarship fund. I said yes and did. Reached checkout and paid for the order. It was handed over to me a long with wishes for a good day! Appreciated! My chicken burrito bowl was Amazingly delicious! Of course even better with the hot sauce! Everything was really fresh and delicious! Great service and delicious power bowl! This Taco Bell is the WORST Taco Bell I've been too. Not because of the food, but because of the staff. They said they didn't have Baja blast but the same worker who said their Baja blast machine wasn't working poured a customer outside a Baja blast. She gave my friend the side eye while pouring it. My other friend ordered a Baja blast and got one. The other friend tried to get a Baja blast again since my other friend got one and the worker said the machine wasn't working. Little liar. Taco Bell? More like Taco HELL. the food was great tho. It took like 20 minutes tho for 3 burritos, don't recommend

Waited 5 minutes at counter to even be acknowledged. I was only person in restaurant besides a customer in wheelchair who they finally acknowledge. Waited another 5 minutes to be helped. My co-worker said this store is the worst in the Taco Bell chain. 2131 East Shaw-Clovis CA . The steak grilled cheese burrito was good. Really bad customer service seems like as the time goes by this location it's getting worse and worse about their customer service ,if you really don't like your job find something to please you but don't just show up for the money and don't want to help costumers it take me so long to do this but now it's time to Expres my opinion about the location everyone just trow each other the ball about who is supposed to be doing what it's been 20 years coming to this location but I think now it's a sign to find something else to eat I would no longer be interested in this food

Im not a person that usually writes reviews but this location always upsets me with both customer service and my orders always being wrong. I think the employees just need to pay more attention to what they do as well as taking even a little bit of pride in what they do. If you are gonna have a bad attitude towards customers bc you work fast food .. then don't work fast food.

The manger here is so disrespectful and rude, got into it with her after she took my order and was so rude and asked to speak to the manager to find out it was her. She sets such a shitty example to her employees. They had the underage kid working there and you can tell he was scared of working there.
