Brunch on a busy Sunday... yes please! Wait was about 20 minutes; honestly went pretty fast. The dining room was full. I ordered the country fried steak ; delicious. Crispy outside; meaty inside; covered in that country gravy. Add on eggs, potatoes and toast; and you got yourself a very filling breakfast. My husband wanted the special; ribeye chiquillies; however they were out of it. Did sound delicious. He opted for the chiquillies with tri tip. It was good; but not really what we wanted. The ribeye was the twinkle in his eye. Wish it was taken off the menu as soon as it ran out. It is a bit pricey but it is good.

In town to visit family and we decided to stop here for a breakfast. It's in a big metal warehouse type structure and is only open from 8am to 2pm. You wouldn't expect to have a restaurant there, but it's still pretty busy for it being in an industrial part of town. Ambiance - inviting. No frills. Clean. Bathrooms - clean, but only 2 stalls and one sinkCustomer Service - staff is super friendly The wait time to get the food is the reason I'm rating it a 4.5 stars. It's a bit of a wait, but they were busy so I can understand. My food was a little bit cold when I got it, which also contributes to the rating, but it wasn't too bad. My husband got the eggs Benedict, and I got the special which was a Ribeye Chilaquiles. He had no complaints about his food. It was good. Everything on my plate was good as well but could have used some additional salt on the green salsa. The potatoes were the best part on the plate. If I'm in the area again, I would consider coming back to try them out again. No pictures of the food, sorry. I was really hungry, lol.

To me, this place is a bit lackluster. The food is fine. Vanilla pancakes taste like any pancake you can get from a diner. The "vanilla" advertisement wasn't applicable. The food presentation is nice. The location is odd, but it's a comfortable enough restaurant. It's in a warehouse but the inside doesn't really feel like one. The service was also lackluster. Our waitress was just okay. Not very friendly and didn't check on us much.

Service was great and food was fresh and delicious. My kind of place. Definitely recommend for breakfast and or lunch.

Amazing food everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. Service was great no issues at all would go back.

11/2/24Getting breakfast for tomorrow. Eggs Benedict with country potatoes & Vanilla Pancakes ordered. Fruit with it. The worker was very kind. Stacey said it would be ready in 15 min. I went to get it shortly later.Restaurant is Really nice! Little hidden gem! Greeted upon entering by a couple workers. Order was ready. Put on the table. Paid for it and wished a good day! Appreciated! 11/3/24 Happy Sunday everyone! Breakfast split. Eggs Benedict 1/2 was Really Great! Flavorful Hollandaise sauce. Country potatoes that came with it were Great too! Seasoned & cooked perfectly! Vanilla pancake was Great too! Came with fresh fruit. Really Great breakfast with leftovers! You get a lot! Definitely worth it! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers! Great service & GREAT breakfast! Highly recommended!!

So...I'm a bit of a Chicken Fried Steak aficionado. I've had many. I've rarely had CFS that met my standards though. Most, but not all of the good ones were in the South, especially Texas. I just had one that exceeds my standards though. The best Chicken Fried Steak I've ever had comes from an unassuming cafe in an industrial part of Visalia, CA. This one was perfectly cooked and seasoned, nice and tender, with the lightest and airiest crust I've ever experienced. The gravy had the perfect consistency and salt level, while carrying more peppery heat than I'm used to seeing, but which I found delightful. The one thing I'll change next time is to ask for no green onions. Cynthia had a Breakfast Banana Split and loved that too. Table 57 replaced the previous "The Cafe," where I had previously experienced one of the best CFS back in 2018, and which was "Tommy's Cafe" before that. I don't remember angels singing when I had that previous CFS though...

Our waiter, Sam, was efficient and accommodating. Our breakfast was tasty. I love the breakfast sausage links. Potatoes (and alot of them) were good also. The chilaquiles we'd order again.

I was doubting about the location at the beginning (industrial part of the town). However, inside this place is good! Modern! Food is delicious, I got a Protein plate and my bf - Chicken fried steak. Finding a table was pretty quick. Waiters are nice and friendly! We waited for food like 30 min but it worth it. I would give 4,5 stars (if I could)! For their amazing food- they need to have nice coffee

Great food and service - will definitely go back. I did an omelet and got their grilled chicken salad to go. Food was fresh and service was dash and friendly!
