Went here for the first time, was a pretty good experience. Staff was all friendly, courteous, and attentive to their job which is big in a place like this. Will come back for my kids party and the monthly membership! Cant beat it.

Pros: my daughter had a blast. The staff was nice. The place was clean.have gone to all of this places local competitors and this one had some pretty unique obstacles. You feel like you're on American ninja warrior or something lol. Our favorites were the massive zip line, all the random slides throughout.Cons: kinda pricy , the two smaller zip lines are already broken, one of the activities was closed, and the bubble fall had deflated balls and they were sticking together and extremely hard to find the exit, my daughter panicked, and I was in with her ... defin do not recommend going in that if you're claustrophobic... be careful when going down slides with sticky socks as well. But tbh my daughter loved it and wants to go back. Sooo maybe some minor issues to work out.

I'm giving this place 2 stars. The cashier at the snack bar was friendly, but the rest of the experience was chaotic. The party schedule wasn't clearly communicated, and we had to search for the kids when it was time to eat. The party room, nicknamed the "cell block room," was rundown and didn't match the cleaner, more modern aesthetic of the main area. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location for a party due to the disorganization and safety concerns - I witnessed three kids fall on top of each other.

The friendly very helpful service is what sets this place apart. It's also clean and their procedures are organized. My kids like it better than No Surrender.

What a great new addition to the trampoline/free play arenas and one that is on our side of Fresno is even more appreciated! This place is HUGE and it has so many different types of activities and obstacles (e.g. obstacle course, inflatable/bounce house area, multiple slides and more) as well as some arcade games, and a snack bar (not open yet). There are free lockers as well. We bought our timed tickets online and completed the waiver online and check-in was an absolute breeze. Staff are friendly and energetic. We will definitely be returning for more fun.

We just had our son's birthday party last night and I wanted to leave a review. We had the most amazing time. Check in, party time and Bri were amazing!!!!!! Bri and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were good! Bri assisted me with a cart to grab my pizzas from Nextdoor, which was a huge help! Once we got in the room your amazing party hostess got to work to decorate my son's party room. I wish I would have gotten names but your male worker who helped set up my room and the 2 younger ladies, one being the party hostess was simply amazing and went above and beyond! I was really able to relax and enjoy the party while the party hostess did everything. We truly appreciate her hard work and she was small but mighty lol even lifted our huge ice chest onto the wheeled cart. Overall, we will be extending our membership and looking into having our daughters party here over summer. Thank you Syctron, for a hassle free birthday party that the parents were actually able to sit down and relax a little! So glad you came to our side of town!

Never heard of this place, but my daughter was invited to a birthday party here and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's clean, fun and the owner is a nice guy. Will come again! There was a little incident and the owner and staff were on it!! I loved that. Only thing I'd recommend is an intercom to let the kids from a party know that it's time to go to the party room. One of our friends didn't know and his mom showed up looking for him in the party room ... he was safe but was upset he missed singing happy bday.

Really nice place for kids to jump and get rid of a lot of energy. It's really big compared to other ones around. I recommend getting the membership, it will pay itself out after your second visit. The staff is nice, although on this particular day Emry (front desk) attended me and was very helpful on questions I had and was pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place!

I had never seen 27,000 square feet of jungle gym obstacles before, but after visiting here, I can say I have. I liked that everything was big enough to follow my kids around and see them enjoying it. Cant wait to come back!

Went on a Wednesday evening and kids had an amazing time. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful and kind. Ordered a couple pizzas and to my surprise they were really good. My kids ( 13, 7, 6 ), all said they preferred it over No Surrender .
