My family, friends, and I are all regulars at Sushi Day. They have attentive waiters, and have operated for a very long time with the same delicious menu, nice decor, and friendly staff.We usually order the OMG Roll, which is stacked with extra toppings and just absolutely delicious. Other than that roll, we love the Rainbow Roll and the Baked Hamachi. The Rainbow has delicious fresh fish and avocado and a variety of fish while the Baked Hamachi is closer to a sushi bake with delicious cooked meat on top of the roll.Needless to say, we will continue going to Sushi Day!

This has been our go To place for Japanese cravings for years now... I live in LA but every time we're visiting family here in Fresno this is a must visit.. their bento boxes and sushi is a reminder of the delicious food of Japan. My favorite is the baked mussels topped with spicy mayo, and cucumber salad.. the bento boxes are big enough to share. ....everything is always so delicious! Large menu with a variety of sushi. No photo of the bento box, but it's really big. They don't have a kids menu, but they do have a kids size chicken bowl that comes with miso. Our waitress asked if we wanted to have our miso cooled down for our daughter which was nice. She brought out cheaters too. She also put the corn, seaweed and egg on the side for my daughter's ramen in case she didn't want it in the soup. We liked all of the rolls. The OMG roll would definitely be a repeat order. The blossom roll was good, but I'd try something else next time.

The servers are super friendly and it's usually not too busy so we get seats right away.I have a long list of allergies but the servers do an amazing job in accommodating them. Large selection of sushi, chicken and beef dishes along with alcohol. My saba shioyaki was "a melt in your mouth" good, lots of flavor and moist. The vegetable tempura was light and crispy with another "melt in your mouth" experience. Service was efficient and courteous and helps with your dining experience. Large dining area with comfortable seating. A nice quiet restaurant to enjoy meal with family and friends.

Still the best sushi restaurant in Fresno. It's definitely our favorite. We had the small boat a few weeks ago. It was exactly what we were craving. The sushi chef created a beautiful boat for us. They have many tables and sushi bar seating. We like to sit at the bar whenever possible. There are quite a few rolls to choose from. The Fresno Mango, green dragon, titanic, cherry blossom, blonde bombshell, are all repeat favorites for us.

A friend of mine introduced me to this place last year and I have been coming here ever since. The service is great. They are really relaxed and chill there and the drinks are good, the rolls are good. I mean everything was cooked well and had lots of flavor and it was just delicious. Such a hidden gem that I am glad I found out about. The second time I came with brought our little and he thought he as going to get something to draw on and she totally just whipped up a little book for him and a pen to draw and play, that was not her job to do, so above and beyond and I was super grateful. Such a good spot to enjoy dinner with friends or family.

Christmas Eve Day, I walked into Sushi Day. I was able to last minute order a platter for my gathering that evening. What a beautifully made platter!
