Super Perm & Cuts

I showed an image of what I wanted and the lady said she was able to do it. After when she finished cutting it was nothing like what I had showed her. She cut it way shorter and it was crooked and choppy all over. I don't mean to sound rude but I don't know how this lady got her license to cut hair. It was a really bad experience because she chopped off all my hair, and didn't get close to what I actually wanted.

I got a perm at Super Perm at cuts yesterday. The woman there was SO nice and made the experience great. This was my first perm and I love my hair. I think it turned out great! I will go back here for sure for future perms and hair cuts ! While I was there, she did quite a few haircuts and all of them looked great! Many of them were returning customers and all had great things to say.

They were able to do a perm for me then and there, which is great because I have long hair (23in.) I got a loose curl perm. and not a bad price for what it is at all. I'd recommend.

This was my first perm I showed the hair dresser the picture of what I wanted She said some excuse about how my hair will become frizzy and proceed to use the wrong (smaller barrel's) products on me Worst ever I left crying Unsatisfied

I was nervous because I don't usually like the look of permed hair, but my son's hair turned out great! Price was reasonable and she was kind to let us show up at an inconvenient time.

The girls know what they are doing when it comes to haircuts. They don't charge an arm and a leg for a cut which I have found at other salons. I will keep coming here for cuts and will recommend them to others.

Had my perm done with Phuong last Mar 30, 2021. I was really impressed with her service. I managed to secure an appointment same day & I was really thankful. She's very pleasant & did what I wanted. The technique was different but the results were amazing. I love my curls & my husband also noticed the difference with this perm. I paid a lot of $ before & my perm was not as nice as Phuong curls. Price was definitely a plus. Very reasonable. Nice little gem in Fresno. Nothing fancy but definitely does the job. Goes to show never judge a book by its cover. I'm a very happy girl with nice curls. Thank you. Will definitely be back for my Highlights & would highly recommend to friends & anyone wanting a nice hair service for a decent price.
