Sunnyside Diner

FOUND THIS GEM ON YELP and was so thankful to have came by and check it out while working in Fresno. This little spot is awesome!! Do your life a favor and swing by if your the area. I came by on a Thursday and was happy to see they were serving up breakfast burritos. I went with a ham and cheese burrito and that thing was PACKED with flavor. It was also MASSIVE. A 10 out of 10 and worth every penny I spent. Thank you Sunnyside diner for the great food! I will defenitly be back for that burrito again. Till next time!

What a little gem! We were passing through this area on our way to Tollhouse and decided to stop for breakfast. Greeted immediately by the owner, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The meal was freshly prepared and excellent. I am picky about my bacon and this bacon was done to perfection. Not too crispy and not too chewy. We highly recommend this diner and will return when we are hungry and in the area again!

Wow this place caught me off guard. I was looking for a cute diner to get breakfast and there's not much in Fresno. We "settled" on this one. When we got there, who I believe is the owner, greeted us immediately and told us about their menu and specials. The portions are perfect size and left us completely content. My pancake platter was fluffy and full of flavor. My partners burrito had the perfect proportions of food inside. Will definitely be coming back when I come into town again!

This is one of those little hidden gems that you don't always hear about. Why, who knows! But, if you haven't been it's well worth checking out. I've been here numerous times over the years & the food is always good, decent little set up & the owner is also friendly. It is a small spot with I think 5-6 tables, so seating is definitely limited. All in all: Good food, friendly service, but seating is very limited. However, it's always good to support our local small business!

I saw Sunnyside Diner featured on Localish recently and came on a whim Saturday morning. The space was smaller than I thought but very cozy to see a full house with what looked like regulars. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and was told it would take 30 minutes-made sense because they were busy. I was okay waiting and hoped it would be worth the wait. The burrito was smaller than I'm used to, but I liked the crispy potatoes and even distribution of ingredients. Added hot sauce and it was perfect. Overall the price (less than $9) and portion were reasonable and left me satisfied.

Fresno, CAGreat little place, really good Spanish influence dishes. Family Run business, What's not to love.

Talk about a local gem!The owners are so nice, food is great, and they're attentive. Definitely the best biscuits & gravy I've ever had & not only am I a foodie, but married to a chef lol. It's a humble diner that serves great food we'll definitely be back!

We are new to this side of town and we decided to try this place out. I ordered the breakfast combo and my husband ordered the sausage sandwich. Service is very friendly place is very clean.. I ordered my bacon crispy and I did get it ,pancakes were a little overdone, but they were good overall I was happy with my breakfast. My husbands sandwich The bread was a little burned but the ingredients inside were pretty good other than the hash brown being a little bit undercooked.. we will definitely give it another try.

Decided to go and try Sunnyside diner after hearing nothing but good things. Well worth the trip.We ordered the breakfast pancake combo, French toast, egg combo and breakfast burrito. Everything was on point and there was only one cook today so that says a lot. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

The food was a 5 out of 10, it was good but I've had better. The food portions were not big and the taste was mediocre. The service was good as far as the young man behind the counter who washed dishes, served the people, took orders. Cleaned up and brought us our food. The wait was about an hour which is ridiculously long. The sign says "Fresh food takes time to prepare." Which is true, but an hour? They definitely need at least one more person. The ambiance was good the small town Diner feeling was good. Would I come back? No, the menu choices are few and far between. I'd stick with Sandy's Junction in Clovis there it's a little more, but it's everything you would expect.
