Sunlight Massage

Worst massage ever. She rubbed her thumbs up and down my back at least 100 times (exact same place), same with my legs. I have never had such a bad massage. Lots of men coming in and out.

Excellent massage, licensed and trained professional staff. Incredible four hands massage. Walk on back is great.

This was my first visit here, I was visiting here when I found this place near my Hotel. We called and asked if there was a time available for massage for 2 females, body and feet and need 1.5hrs, also requested 2 female massage therapists. They said 4.30pm will work best and to arrive 10 mins before appointment time. Upon arrival, found the place clean and very welcoming. The lady greeted us and offered water. Requested we pay before starting the massage (standard everywhere). I used my Debit card, It was $80 per person for 1.5hr full body and feet. Total was $160 for me and my Mom. Then she asked if I wanted to add 25% tip to my total. Not an outrageous amount for tip if the service and massage is 5 star level. That should have been my red flag, because she kept insisting that I pay 25% tip before the service, so my tip would have been $40 extra on top of $160 for the service which would mean $20 for each therapist. You tip biased on the service you receive. I requested to pay tip after the massage. Immediately she started saying something in her language to another lady and you can see the shift in her attitude right away.5 mins before our appt time which was 4.30pm they guided us into our separate rooms, very clean and welcoming again. They requested we change and get under the covers. Few mins later she came in the room and started, At first, she just ran her hands over me with the covers on, which is normal every therapist has their own way. Which was 5 mins long then the door bell rang she excused and left she was gone for 7 mins! Came back and said sorry. And started again. She was just rubbing with her palms so after a while I asked for to do it a little hard. She went full on in with elbow deep tissue massage. SO there was no meeting between either just a rub down or elbow deep tissue. So, while I was there the door bell rang 9 times and phone 4 times and each time she left room and so did my mom therapist because you could hear both talking in the hall way. That's total of 13 times!! And at one point a male opened my door to talk to her. Only covered was my butt. When I requested for him to leave, she was like he is massage person. I DON'T CARE!!! I don't want a male in a room where I am laying naked. If that was the case I would have gotten a male massage therapist. Also, she kept trying find a comfortable position to massage me by rolling around a sitting chair hitting the massage table and the wall. This was not a relaxing experience. I'm from out of town just visiting. I get massages in my home town every other week. I want a massage where I get so zoned out from relaxation that when they say time to turn over, you have to question yourself where am I, what year it is and what universe I am in. At no point during my massage did I feel relaxed. She also finished 10 mins early upon telling her, that It was supposed to be 90mins, and that she kept leaving the room. she was like, sorry but I'm done. What? When I came to the front desk, my Mom told me that the Lady started 10 mins late and left room multiple times and ended the massage early. For the service I received I paid the lady $20 tip, $ 10 each. She had the guts to say no the tip is 25%. When I pointed out, that they started late and finished early and left room multiple times. Her response, its mother's day weekend and all my workers are on vacation. Well that's not my problem. She said No you must pay 25% because that is the wages I will give the other worker. Correct me if I'm wrong, tip is a gratuity that you pay with your own judgement depending on the par of service you have received. You are not entitled to it, just because! I pay 25% at my regular massage place in my home town because they actually give you a relaxed and peaceful experience each time I go.

Best massage in town. Great service. Very comfortable, clean , and professional. Will be back soon.

I would give this massage place a no star if I can. The lady upfront was rude and like the other reviewer she demanded for $20 tip. I've tried other massage place that is more reputable than this in a nicer part of Fresno and NO ONE has ever demanded a tip. I don't mind giving tips for services that is excellent or if I am satisfied. But this lady has the balls to ask me for CASH tip! When I gave her $10 she threw it at me and said nevermind not enough. Wow I was so surprised! Plus I used the restroom before the massage and she followed me to thee back like I'm going to steal something. I did hear a man and a woman's voice like moaning! This place is very sketchy and I don't. Know if they give erotic massages and happy ending but it sure looks and feel like it.

HORRIBLE service here. i went in for a massage you pay before the massage which I didnt mind and the lady behind the counter demanded a $20 tip. She said she works to hard her arms get to hot and she works to hard I get they work hard but how are you going to ask for a tip before the service and tell me how much I need to give you. I handed her a $5 bill she literally threw it back. After the massage I didn't feel she deserved more with that service the massage was mediocre.so then she followed me to the car demanding her $20. I normally tip $15-20 depending on the massage but you don't tell customers what they need to give you. Especially before the massage.

I have tried this place 2 different times because my regular spot was too busy, and unfortunately I wasn't a fan either time. When arriving you pay before the massage (which is normal now a days) and when asked if I wanted to add a tip I said $5 for now. The woman behind the counter said "that's too little, we work hard you pay more". I said "excuse me-That is rude,"she said no "we work hard and $5 is too little." I had a long day a just wanted a massage so I paid and proceeded. I had to ask for more pressure, and left with knots still in my shoulders...Will not come back and don't recommend.
