Loved my experience and cookies from Sugarshida!I was looking for someone to bake/decorate cookies for my baby shower via my theme: poppin bottles. I found Jamie on Yelp and reached out via her online questionnaire. She was immediately responsive and gave us a bunch of cookie options that fit our theme along with the price. We got two dozen cookies from her for a small brunch baby shower and they were perfect! Super cute themed cookies that were also tasty! I really appreciated her communication skills and having the cookies ready right on time! So organized! Thank you!

This is my second time ordering cookies from Sugarshida, and once again, they did not disappoint! I ordered baby shower-themed cookies, and everyone loved them--they were adorable and a huge hit. Jamie was very attentive and communicative throughout the process, providing excellent service. The designs were super cute, and they tasted just as good as they looked. Sugarshida will definitely be my go-to for events in the Fresno area!

Found Jamie on IG. The lady that made my cake previously for my daughter's 1st bday wasn't taking orders for the day I needed it. So I decided to reach out to Jamie via email with a quote. The next morning she replied back with a very detailed quote. And I decided to place my daughter's 2nd customized cake with her. She was very communicative and she was very descriptive with the quote she provided and pricing was very reasonable. She's also a licensed home baker. I highly suggest reading all of the information she provides in her IG and email as it will help with any questions you may have up until the day of pick up without sending her many emails/messages. Her pick up instructions are very simple. The day I picked up everything went fast and smoothly. I loved how neatly packaged her cake was and how beautiful it came out. It was more than what I had imagined the design would be when I sent her my ideas. She also gives great tips on how to keep the cake fresh before serving. Her cake was very moist and delicious! Highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering from her again!

Sugarshida did NOT disappoint! The cake was absolutely moist and delicious. My daughter was in love with her cake and our guests enjoyed it also. The entire process was easy! Great customer service and very professional. I will definitely be making future purchases with her!

I absolutely love the work that Jamie produces. She is so easy to work with and extremely friendly. I reached out on short notice for a special order for a bridal shower and Jamie fit me into her schedule and the end product was so special. The bride-to-be was in love and the guests were in awe. The Waster special was adorable and a great way to have a special gift for my loved ones.

I'm not local to the Fresno area but Jamie was so kind to communicate with me via email two weeks before I needed the goodies done. A friend of mine would be home in Fresno and I wanted to have a cake and some fun cookies made for her. I sent Jamie photos of what I wanted and she made them come to life. Her communication and customer service were amazing! Payment options were easy to do and she had many choices for cake flavors! If anyone is in the Fresno area I highly recommend SUGARSHIDA for beautiful cakes and cookies!

I wanted to surprise my friend with custom cookies to ask her to be in my bridal party. I don't live in the area so I was scrambling to find someone who makes custom cookies and delivers them. I'm so happy I found Sugarshida on Yelp. Everything was smooth and communicated through email/text. Jamie was very accommodating and patient throughout the whole process. After total chaos happened with my wedding and the venue and the florist, we reached out to a few brides that the same thing had happened to them, one of the brides Ashlyn highly recommended this bakery, unfortunately they didn't have any availability they were super sweet and they communicated great! They even recommended a couple other people to use! I will definitely be back to place an order!

Great Cookies and they are so cute and so delicious too. I had picked some of her cookies up for Halloween and I love them. They were for gifts and they were perfect and so adorable. My friends loved them so much. A little far out for me, but I will still use her. Her products and cookies are amazing...
