Covid-19 phase:Lunch break! I ordered their protein bowl. Half steak and half grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, all veggies, avocado and extra jalapenos.I also ordered a foot long Philly for my boss with only mustard and mayo. A soda and chips too! My protein bowl was good! It was fresh and had a nice spicy kick to it. My boss liked his Philly sandwich!Good service and lunch! Recommended!

Okay....here it goes...I like to think of myself as a happy person...always smiling...although this mask covers almost my whole face so the other person cannot see me...but I ALWAYS try to make my Interactions pleasant.This particular subway use to be my favorite one to go too...not only that but it is right on the next block from my house.A few months back I went there I was helped by a young lady who hardly spoke English...she got my order wrong by giving me jalapeños and adding salt pepper and vinegar which I didn't ask for, but I don't really like to complain so I ate it anyway...not a big deal.After that I went to a subway just a little bit further down the road and it was a good experience so I went back there a few times.Today I decided to give the one closes to me another try and I was not really welcomed by the two young ladies that were there.I don't know if it was the same one because I couldn't see her entire face but I could see her eyes rolling all over the placeI ordered my meals and she didn't say much but she did take over another order that her coworker was working on and the man behind me ended up in front of me so I just stepped back and let him go through.When he was done I walked up back to finish my order and she asked me on one sandwich what I wanted...so I told her and she continued to put everything that I told her not too put onThen she started working on my other orders and didn't ask me what I wanted...I just let her because she wasn't in a very good mood and I just wanted to leave...If you do not like your job...then go find something else and don't make your CUSTOMERS have a bad time...We just want to enjoy our favorite places to eat

Employees are nice and don't give you attitude. Probably my favorite subway to go to. I asked for specific instructions and they did it no problem no dirty looks

this store always hires anyone even those who don't do their job correctly. they're always closing an hr - 2 hours early which they shouldn't be doing. You're better off going to the subway down the street.

I knew I shouldn't have went here just by the reviews, but it's the closest subway to my house so I tried it out. I ordered online and when I received my order, the sandwich was absolutely disgusting. I get the same order from Subway every time I order and I get extra pepper jack They put shredded yellow cheese on my sandwich instead, I asked for it toasted and the cheese is not even melted, but the bread is burnt the lettuce is soggy all for $12. What a waste I also want to point out. I ordered for pick up so I didn't check my sandwich until I got home. That was my mistake.

Zero stars. I've been to this location 4 times and every time, the lady or ladies are very rude. I decided to give it another shot and sure enough just as rude. I told her what I wanted and she just walked to the back and replied with something I couldn't even hear. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to leave. A man who looked like the owner asked me something as I was walking out but I just kept walking because I already made my decision to never go there again. Bad business and corporate will be receiving a call and email from me.

Bread was hard. Sandwich is dry yet heavy on the mustard. Sandwich was not appetizing.

It's a chain! Finished up the subway gift card we've had for two years. Not usually a subway customer. Place was very clean, employees were friendly and easy to work with. Heavy Punjabi accents for sure. Sandwich was as good as a subway gets. Not the best choice, but hey, free. Got stood up for an appointment on this side of town so lingering in this area in case they call. All in all a good subway chain experience.Two big signs say "No cash". As a business owner, felt bad to see people walk in, see the sign and walk out.

I wish it were possible to give negative stars! Avoid this location at all costs!!!!! Got charged twice for a cold, soggy "toasted" sandwich! And I think he was going to try and charge me a third. After my card went through the first time and he told me it was declined, I had to tell him my card was approved the second time and ask if I could leave!? So freaking sketch! When I walked in and was the only customer in sight for centuries, I should've known to run. Never again! I'll gladly drive out of my way to a different location. Or maybe just avoid subway all together now. Who knows?

So ordered online, pickup. Cold cut sandwich basics right? Nope, no mustard, mayo & the bread is stale and hard. Ordered chicken melt ranch hot sandwich, stone old!!! This is the one 3712 West shields Fresno CA. Only thing right was bottle of coke diet and chips ... Will not go there ever again oh yes, will not answer phone rang 24 time 1st time 12/19/20 at 255pm so may a lunch rush....
