Subway

Subway spends millions on their TV commercials using big name stars to attract people buying their mediocre tasting subs. They also used fancier names on their new menu to fool people that they changed for the better. Today was the worst sandwiches i've ever ate, normally I can finish 1 foot long but not today. 1/5 The Philly foot long the taste overall was horrendous and the meat itself wasn't good at all. 1/5 Turkey with bacon foot long It seems like portions gotten smaller it's not huge like before they revamp their new menu. Even the turkey sub I got doesn't taste good today was beyond salty. I got lured by seeing their BOGO promotion today and what a big disappointment. I wasted almost $15.00 for 2 subs and my suggestions is go to your local Vons or Sprouts you will be more satisfied and less disappointed than coming to Subway. Subway I wish you the very best but no thanks for me.

Lunch time! I ordered a steak and chicken protein bowl with everything on it. It looked fresh and delicious! I also ordered their southwest chipotle on the side. My mother ordered the same exact thing. She also bought chips. The Subway is nice and clean. The workers were masked and nice. Unlike other Subways, this Subway doesn't allow you to do half & half protein choices. If you want 2 different proteins you HAVE to double up and pay more. Not right. : / this is the first one I have been to that didn't allow me to do half & half. My protein bowl was fresh and really good! My mother said hers was really good too. Good service and fresh protein bowls! Recommended!

Arrived around lunch time. Ordered my usual foot long with chicken breast. Clean establishment. The workers greet you but in a forceful non happy genuine way. When asked what you want they almost look irritated for waiting on your response. Ingredients are fresh and good it's just the customer service that was a bit off. They were definitely not happy to be there.

Wouldn't recommend this location. Went to pay and had a coupon. They wouldn't allow me to use the coupon because I didn't tell them before making the sandwich, which I've never had a problem before. So instead on honoring the coupon they rather throw away the sandwich. Walked out! And will never come back to this location.

My sandwich came out bleh. BUTTTTTTT the customer service was horrendous! Be prepared for a lengthy rant review. Lol. It's an understatement for me to say the least that there was any customer service at all. Didn't get a name because her name tag was hiding flipped over with her vest. The infamous "collar fold" ordered two sandwiches. I can tell she was getting frustrated with the customer prior to me and 10 minutes after i arrived they had their lunch rush. 11 people behind me. The other employee did a decent job with holding her composure and continued on with work but this one??! Here goes the story: she was helping a customer in front of me (of course) customer asks for a certain type of bread. Employee: no. We don't have. *rolls eyes* & sighsCustomer: what kind of bread do you have?Employee: *rolls eyes* does some EXTRA hand movement and points to the listed breads. Moments later... she does her part wit that customer and wham bam my turn.--I'm ordering two sandwichesEmployee: ok? what sandwich?--Italian bmt on honey oat pleaseEmployee: OK! WHAT BREAD!--Italian bmt on honey oat.Employee: OK WHAT MEAT--it. Tal. Ian. B.M.T on honey oat--second sandwich will be spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese. Employee: pulls out the wrong bread and is rolling her eyes while she's asking how to dress the first sandwich but did not even start my sandwich. (I don't think she realizes that we can all see her rolling her eyes and sighing.) lolI'm already done with trying to correct/stop even anything with her sooo... i just go wit the flow.Employee: what veggies--listing the veggies and in between each vegetable I'm listing she's stopping me and saying ok and just staring at me instead of dressing up the sandwiches. She asks me 3 more times for the first sandwich. And just saying ok in between each veggie and is getting beyond irritated each time she asks. (It's not like I'm adding any more veggies, i THINK it would've been easier if she was adding the vegetable to the sandwich as I'm listing but apparently it didn't happen like that. LOL oh well) It was just an awful situation. Maybe she's having a really terrible day?! Would i come back? Ehhhh. Oh might i add when my sandwiches were done and i finished paying she stops on the customer after me... walks from the back counter to grab some water from the front and she had pajama pants on. Yeaaa no. I don't think i would want to come back. Would i recommend? Definitely NO.

Wow! Tough crowd in Fresno, but I don't think the bad reviews are for the ladies who helped us when we were there. Was here a couple of Sundays ago. We did not know where things are in Fresno but we were shopping in this big plaza. So when we came into this store we were treated very well. We had a pastrami melt and I think a beef steak melt.Both sandwiches were very good. The employees were courteous and helpful.

The men and women who work here are not happy with their work. Which would be cool, but they will take shortcuts with your food. I ordered online and they added what had to be half a proportion to my sandwich (I got a whole Lotta bread).I gotta take a stand and I won't be back.

Last time I will come here. The two young women are rude and act as if they are doing me the favor of preparing my sandwich. They must be the owners relatives or they would be fired. Rolling their eyes, speaking to me as if they couldn't hear me. I decided to eat in to see if I was the only one with the problem but as other clients came in they continued. Reading the other reviews this is their m.o. Hard to find good customer service.

as we were waiting in line both ladies were looking at us as if we were not wanted. Not only did they stare at us disgustingly they were being so stingy on the servings when asked for extra scoops which they only did 1/4 of a hand full of. After we pay for our meal we leave and both of the ladies were talking about my partner and i as we walk out the door.

Customer service was horrible. The chick rolled her eyes when I added to my order. My sandwich looks all messy. Do your job!
