The smallest wrap I ever had at a subway. Go to any other subway but this one! The owner is greedy to make a descent wrap. So disappointed!

Stopped by here on a weekday evening, and got a footlong sandwich combo as well as a footlong cookie. I have to say that the dining area is very spacious and clean, and all chip racks were seriously, unbelievably fully stocked with multiple options. Beverage area with fountain drinks and bottle options is a nice touch too!Service was friendly, and my sandwich request of having the meat and cheese separate was no problem. All veggies were fresh. Two reasons for not getting the final star to reach that 5-star rating. 1) The bread is ok, it does the job, but not as soft and fresh tasting as it once was- and I can say that after 3 visits here recently. 2) The footlong cookie is not as appetizing as expected, resembled like if you microwave raw cookie dough, consistency wise- I recommend the regular cookies at the counter instead, much tastier. I know for next time, stick with the classics. All that being said however, I would definitely recommend coming on by this location, and I will return again soon, the whole family enjoys grabbing sandwiches here! Thanks!

First off, I placed my order while driving to Clovis IOT, I was at the intersection of Herndon and Willow. On the app I selected the closest to me Subway (thinking it was the one on Herndon and Willow, as I was across the street) I placed my order and drove over. When I got there and they said I had no order I checked and it was for this location (Herndon & Clovis Ave) I immediately called and asked them to please cancel the order as I ordered at the wrong location. It was only about 3 mins after ordering. The female on the phone says "I don't know" and passes the phone to a gentleman. I proceed to tell him to cancel the order, he say "No we don't cancel". I told him I am at a different location and it was by accident. He says "we make it and you have to get it". I told him it has only been 5 mins now, I checked my order time on the app and he says "we make it you come get it, we no refund". I can say if it had been more than 10 mins ok, but even the app said it was not ready. Vik, apparently guy on the phone was absolutely rude and completely did not care! I know it is my fault for trusting the app, but show some damn kindness!? I truly believe in KARMA and I hope you get what you gave to me. I realized I was going to have to go to this location. I tell him I do not know where this location is, he says "we are next to Walmart", ok where next to walmart "he says next to little Cesars". I ask him right or left side, I honestly did not know, he says "just come, you will see it" again not helpful!! It is not next to walmart, it is across the parking lot from walmart! I go in and not a greeting, no acknowledgement. I wait my turn and ask for my sandwich, he just says "its over there", check the video to see him just shoot his arm out managers! I have never been to this location, where over there? I would think you would want to ensure people are getting the right food when they come to pick up. I ask for his and the females names. He and the female start talking in punjabi talking about she is going to complain. Yeah, watch what you say when you don't know people and languages they understand. Yes, I was upset you could have been a lot better. As for Ginni, you want to be rude to people, at least learn to do your job right. Since you had my order and it clearly shows the way I ordered it, you made it wrong because you were trying to be fast. You need to learn quality over quantity!!! If your going to be fast, do it right!! I go to eat said sandwich and there is literally 1 black olive, I asked for extra, 2 spinach leaves, again asked for extra, 1 banana pepper, asked for extra. So you want to be rude and make the wrong food. I added pictures so you can see. I did not take anything out, I did move the meat so you can see there was none hiding. I will honestly NEVER visit this location again!!! I know people tend to think you only complain in reviews but check out my reviews, I like to be honest, I give great reviews when the service calls for it. The best way to help people know the good places is being honest. This is definitely a place you can skip, go down Herndon a little way to Willow. The young female was so nice and she understood it was an accident. First and last visit, it could have been made a positive but Vik and Ginni made sure it was NOT!!!!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would! DO NOT VISIT THIS SUBWAY, go elsewhere!!!Walked into this store at 8:15pm, they close at 9pm. The female employee looked annoyed that we were there, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times on just the type of bread. Four other customers walked in behind us and after she was working on 3 of 4 for us a male employee finally walked out from the back. Female employee then proceeded to ask me if we are dine in or take out...I say dine in (only currently 8:22pm). She then tells me that the dining room is actually closed, I looked at her confused and asked when do they close. She proceeds to tell me 9pm but they don't let anyone dine in after 8:20 because they need to clean up!!! Why even asked me then!!!My husband tells her we'll sit and eat until they don't have customers in line. Male employee jumps in rudely and tells us they aren't allowing any dine in. We ignore him as it's not posted anywhere so if we wanted to sit we can and we planned to eat quickly and leave. Husband has to repeat multiple times his topping and after she didn't listen on 2 of the 4 sandwiches and still visibly annoyed that we are even there as paying customers husband rudely tell her if she puts oil on his sandwich he expects a new sandwich because she wasn't listening and grabbed the oil when he said vinegar only. Now the male employee aggressively tells my husband to stop being rude her to which that started a back and forth of how his employee hasn't once looked up, is annoyed at customers being there, oh and proceeded to make up new closing hours than what's posted on the door. We say we're leaving and husband asks for the owners name so we can report them to the franchise. He claimed to be the owner and his name is "f&$k you" by the way. Husband asked repeatedly for the name at which time "f&$k you" came out from behind the counter aggressively and approached my husband. You provide a service to customers, you're annoyed at customers before you even start with them, then provide the worst service ever, and expect that we're not going to be upset. #Subway should be ashamed of this owner "f$&k you" and or if he isn't the owner great job picking employees as based on prior reviews this isn't the first time he's been rude and aggressive toward customers!!!

Waitress was rude to us and other customers! She treated 2 young black boys poorly- and would not let them use the bathroom until they ordered after 2 other customers ordered- racism and lack of kindness will keep us and our friends from visiting again! She needs to get a refresh on good customer service!!! We will pray that she has a better day!

Horrible horrible customer service they closed 40 minutes early and I called ahead and confirmed that they wouldn't be closed and they decided to be disrespectful and lock the doors on us and start flipping us off continuously for no reason this store #106 deserves no business whatsoever extremely disrespectful. He decided to hit the door and mock us for them closing on us and repeatedly flipping us off while the other employee was completing online orders. Never again

The man working at the front making my sandwich, was extremely rude . He was making my sandwich as if I inconvenienced him. Poor attitude. He threw the change on the counter after I said he can keep the change and when I went to go grab my bag of food he continued to try to throw the change in my bag aggressively. Get better employees.

If you tip, tip the person who served you the food with cash. Don't tip through the machine because it doesn't go to your server, it goes to the owner. America will never be great again due to the greed of owner operators like this. The service was good but had I had known, I would have given cash to the server and I think I will continue to do this in the future. You think the owner operator needs the tip more or the person that actually gave great service? I'm interested in what you think.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The man who was working, has absolutely ZERO customer service. While my partner and I were giving our sandwhich order, a lady who was a trainee was helping us out, and I guess she put "too much" bacon on the sandwhich to where the Male worker asked her to take some off. When she did my partner jokingly said "aw there goes my bacon" to which I laughed to. After that being said, the male coworker looked as us as if he had a problem to what we said. My partner respectfully asked why he was looking at him as if he had a problem. The male worker responded with "I can't look at you" in a rude tone. To which my partner replied "you can look at me, just wondering if there's a problem". After that he told the lady who was helping us out to stop making our sandwhiches, and refuse us service. I don't know how the Male is still working here. He has no idea what customer service is.
