Right now you need to call and make an appointment because of Covid. The salon felt very safe and sanitary. Lawana returned my call quickly and I made an appointment for the next day. She listened while I was trying to describe as the haircut I wanted. Then she made it happen. Lawana is very personable and easy to talk to. She was fast and efficient. I've been getting compliments from everyone, even men. I'm 64 yrs. old so that is nice. I'll definitely be going back.

My daughter wanted a haircut for her birthday. It was a last minute thing but Esmer got us in and taken care of. My daughter was so nervous because she doesn't like haircuts, period. But when Esmer was done my daughter was in love with her new due. Her hair just came alive! Can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I have had a few months of pedicures and love Esmeralda who does a great job. The shop is clean and she is very professional. I would strongly recommend her.

I went in for a quick hair trim with a friend a while back as my ends were super dry and I like trying new salons out. Styles & Files is on my no-go list because they don't know how to handle curly hair. Why am I getting a trim from someone who has to straighten my hair first? The lady said she could do curly hair but had to damage it with a flat iron before she could trim it. My friend has pin-straight hair and her hair was horribly uneven afterwards. The stylist saw this and tried hiding it by curling the ends! Low quality salon but at least we didn't break the bank for a horrible hair cut. Btw, they haven't complied with any masks mandates. Take that as you will, but personally I care about my health. Nonetheless, I wouldn't waste my money here.

ALWAYS get my hair cut here because I trust the way Rosie does my hair. Great people work here and the mood here is always very inviting! They also do great color, I got my ombré done here- bottom line I trust them with my hair, and that says a lot!

Recent visit was for a haircut. Tiffany assisted me today, she was very professional and sweet to work with. We got to know each other, talked about our children and briefly about family. She is new to industry and did very well today. She provided a great scalp massage and cut my hair nicely. Wishing nothing but the best in your career.

Super happy with Jesenia's work, not only does she do an awesome job. She is polite, clean and super friendly and most importantly on time with her clients. I highly recommend scheduling with Jesenia.

Look at the photos to see what a nightmare I experienced at this salon. I've been there before and both hair stylist precious to this one who cut my hair so bad JESENIA MEZA ( Jess) did a good job. JESENIA was very talkative about everything and got distracted about all going on. I told her I wanted my hair cut & styled no need for wash because my hair was already washed. When she was cutting my hair she kept having me face my back to mirror where i attempted at the times she wasn't cutting my hair to turn facing but she turned me back around where she even got my legs caught twice hurting me. I asked her yo flip out my hair and she curled it So that unfortunately made it hard for me to notice the disaster she did . I had to stop her with my bangs because she kept cutting them and as you see it was too late . I told her I had an event to go to that weekend and look what I had to go at . When I came home I noticed longer strands d as o I called her no response so I left message she didn't call back I had to go back there and we set appt When I arrived for her to fix my hair she was asking other stylist what she could do to my haircut disaster I found that very unprofessional not to mention another's stylist in put that was rude. I then left and she said she'd return my money back on Venmo how I paid her and she never did and I sent her 2 days of messages to see at this but she has ignored her accountability and word . I'll be looking out to see if she messes up another's hair . She needs more schooling in cutting hair and mouthwash as it results her bad breath.

Great find for my mom's pampering needs! Esmeralda is so patient and caring with my mom. Love the new location, very cozy atmosphere.
