Studio Fifth Avenue

I have been attempting to reach someone so I can make an appointment for a haircut. I love the photos of some of the haircuts. But even though I've called and left messages 4 times over 2 days, No One has responded. Of course I left my phone number & text. Still no response. I am getting ready to move on. It looks as though they don't need my business.

I was looking for a new salon nearby for a simple haircut (layers) because I needed a new cut before an event Friday evening. I called the salon on Tuesday to make an appointment, the lady I spoke to gave me a number to one of their stylist.So then I contacted that stylist who's number I was given - I asked for Thursday but the stylist wasn't available so we agreed for Friday @ 830am since that is the only time I can go in before my event. She texts me today saying she couldn't do Friday now and needed to reschedule me or she can find a stylist who may be able to accommodate my time. I said sure just let me know. The evening comes and still no word back regarding a new stylist or appointment (which was suppose to be for tomorrow morning). I even sent a follow up text asking for an update. No reply. It's 9:33am and still no reply. Is this how you treat new customers?? If so, I won't even bother trying. Bye.

This salon is SO CUTE! I had my hair done by Haley and she did an amazing job! She fixed all the yellow in my hair from some grow out. I told her I wanted my hair to be an ash icy blonde and it looks soooo good I could cry! I attached before and afters so you can see Haley's hair magic!

Karisty is basically my lord and saviorI have known her for many years and I'm always doing something to my hair either by myself, or with the help of other cosmetologists.. my most recent mistake?? Mermaid hair that consisted of an aquamarine green and some midnight blue.. I tried stripping it myself but had ZERO idea of how to fix my hair, so of course I went in to see Karisty.She turned this swamp witch back into a princess and I'll probably never do another crazy color again!!

Took my boys and got us all haircuts from Pedro. He did a great job all around. Even with the wild one, who only got nuts after the haircut. Luckily the stylist next to us had some snacks and he chilled out. Everyone there was so nice.

Came to Studio Fifth Avenue today for the first time. Nez was great, she took her time to find out exactly what I wanted and needed. She did a great job, and I was happy with the cut and style. She even did something new I've never tried shaving the back of my head, with a design. I enjoyed my experience and thought she was very sweet and kind. I'll be going back for sure.

I love this salon! Haley is amazing. She specializes in color & the results have more depth than anyone else I've been to. If makeup is your thing, she's your girl. Seriously, can't get anyone better.

Haley went above and beyond to meet my scheduling needs. I have very thick curly hair and have had issues in the past with it being cut and colored correctly, Haley did a great job. The color is beautiful and the trim was AMAZING. Just to make things even better she was very kind and nice to talk to. I was referred by a friend and am so happy I went. I will be going back!

My mom scheduled an appointment with Shayla over text and Shayla stopped responding shortly after. When my mom showed up for her appointment, Shayla was no where to be seen. Another employee went to the back to try and find her. Shayla called my mom explained that she has an appointment with another client right now. While this is happening, another employee motions at my mom to get out of the salon. Shayla then told my mom "we don't deal with your clientele". "We don't deal with pissy". Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and sad. They are treating people like trash and do not deserve to run a business.
